TeamBuhari:
When next someone tells you PMB only focuses on the North, show them this;
The Lagos-Ibadan Expressway is a 127.6 kilometer long (79.3 miles) expressway. The Expressway connects Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State and Lagos. It is also the major route to the northern, southern and eastern parts of Nigeria. The Lagos–Ibadan Expressway is the oldest in Nigeria. It was commissioned in August 1978 during the military administration of Major-General Olusegun Obasanjo. This expressway is the busiest inter-state route in Nigeria and handles more than 250,000 Passenger Car Unit (PCU) daily and constitutes one of the largest road networks in Africa. It is part of the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency(FERMA) projects, concerned with road improvement and connectivity between the States of Nigeria. The reconstruction of the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway was flagged off on July 2013 by Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
The contract was awarded to Julius Berger Nigeria and Reynolds Construction Company Limited at a sum of 167 billion Naira, equivalent to $838,986,290. Two sections of the expressway will be reconstructed and this includes Section I (Lagos to Sagamu Interchange) and section II (Sagamu Interchange to Ibadan). The reconstruction of the road had 2017 as the initial completion date but it was later moved to end of 2018/early 2019 by the Mohammadu Buhari led government as a result of the increase in scope of work.

Are we the one that sent them on terrorist mission? during those days there was no different between your people and Bokoharam, Your people want to divide Nigeria at all costs, Bokoharam want to take over the North at all costs. They were terrorizing the nation
does that make it right? and since when does determining your future equates to being a terroristhuh?? You talk as if Nigeria had ever been a Nation. i dont know were you are from but i believe that if your tribe went through what the igbos have gone through and are still passing through i doubt if you would be talking like this. my yoruba friends constantly tell me to go back to my village or an igbo man can never be president. i dont think any sane human being would listen to these talk and not want to take destinies in their hand. and in as much as IPOB might have their issues, dont equate them with boko haram. i dont think they have killed any of ur family members before.

i dont get some people. so are you guys that have been commenting above saying that it is permissible for the IPOB to be killed and are inconsequential to the Nigerian state and for the same set of people who lost loved ones to be happy that the people who have been killing them are also killed? i dont the Logic. huh huh huh are Igbo lives so useless that no matter the circumstances if an Igbo man is killed it doesnt matter?

Politics › Re: Why They Believe President, Muhammadu Buhari Is Dead by meccuno: 8:26am On Jan 11, 2019
[s]
Nkemakonam62:
When he became the Head of State in 1984, no one believed he could come back decades later to mount the mantle again as a civilian president. Even the coup that forced him out of power was masterminded by those who foresaw the future that he might make an impact to lead the nation to a greater path. But if those who removed Buhari from power in 1985 knew he would ever come back, they would have killed him like they did Tafawa Balewa, Aguiyi Ironsi and Murtala Muhammed. They never imagined, in their wildest imagination, that there would ever be a Buhari Presidency, like they guessed the likely emergence of Idiagbon, they would have poisoned him immediately.

They thought the Buhari ambition would be a lifetime joke, but when they saw the reality in 2014, they organised assassins to eliminate him in Kaduna, his beloved city. He is from Katsina but based in Kaduna; like they killed Bola Ige in Ibadan in his beloved city. He was from Esa Oke but based in Ibadan. However, Buhari escaped but his car was shot many times and convoy bombed. Buhari defeated the combination of his destiny annihilators. Just like the biblical story of Moses too, if the Egyptians knew he would free their slaves, they would have killed him inside the palace when he was a baby. Even as the President, Muhammadu Buhari was poisoned, those who poisoned him knew he couldn’t survive because others like Abiola, Abacha, Idiagbon didn’t survive.

The mystery of his survival has turned the reasoning of his assailants upside down. The Buhari they know is dead, just like the biblical Moses was different when he re-appeared to the Egyptians. He wasn’t running away again, he called Pharaoh by name; he messed up all the magicians of Egypt. Moses was the first Jubrin from Sudan. And Godswill Akpabio, a disciple of President Muhammad Buhari is just another good example, Akpabio an Israelite among the Arabs, the anointed son of the living God of Akwa Ibom is on a mission again for the better future of his people. While he (Akpabio) was building a human shield around himself, they were busy building mansions and buying luxury cars, and now, all of them put together can’t match him. And just like President Muhammad Buhari’s integrity is so strong among his followership, because he had built around himself meaningful Nigerians who think of prosperity for the nation.

The presidency-led by Buhari government has promised same way, Akpabio promised that the 2019 gubernatorial election in Akwa Ibom will be the cheapest ever in the history of the state. Likewise, President Buhari boasts that APC will not loot the treasury or empty the Central Bank of Nigeria to buy votes. INEC officials are not going to be paid to manipulate figures in favour of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Security men will do their job as stipulated by the terms of their engagement. Above all, voters will be allowed to vote according to the dictates of their conscience. While 2019 is already sealed, because the Egyptians must contest with Moses, Moses did not die and Moses has taken up the challenge to ensure that the oppressed people of God must remain free. Even with what is gravitating in the political domain of the nation; from all quarters, his re-election campaign movement is still intact and moving towards a possible victory that will lead to an assured promise land. Against all the shenanigans that have been mounting against his return to power in, there are clear indications that the man is unstoppable.

onyinyechi94:
Nigeria is a country with multi ethnicities... And just as many tribes. A country like that cannot afford to have tribalism at the hem of its affairs. On The Morning Show on Arise News, when Mr Peter Obi was asked if he is indeed a tribal bigot, the Vice Presidential Candidate responded by saying that such things do not matter. He also insisted that the interviewer move on from such menial things. A man who wants to become the Vice President of a country with at least 300 tribes thinks tribalism is not an issue. He thinks it does not matter that he deported Northerners in his state when he was Governor of Anambra State. Peter Obi wants Nigerians to disregard the fact that he is a tribal fanatic and that he doesn’t care about people from the North.

There are very good yorubas oh. dont get me wrong. but they ones that are tribal, they forget all sense of reasoning. i have them in large Numbers. I had one friend who was complaining about Buhari. the dude is yoruba. but recently when asked he said he would vote for him. i asked why , he was stuttering. the truth is Nigeria can never be One. we will always side our own. i wish the igbos would behave exactly the way other tribes do and stop this idea of being politically correct in a stupid way. now go back in time to history. most leaders who were igbos that were politically correct they ended up badly. igbos have their bad side but so do other tribes. what i see these days from others against igbos and other tribes relating with others is so sad. so i just have to toughen up. no more sentiments. for those igbos who think they have an ally in these people im am really sorry for them. many of my educated igbos are beginning to see the light now even though they still dont have sense. they probably would end up like those soldiers who felt the Hausas were their brothers in the army and they never lived to tell the tale. all i am saying is the igbo man should hold his destiny in his hand. dispose of those ass holes called leaders. if its a new country they want, they should pursue it with their soul. if they want restructuring they should do the same. NO one likes the other in this God forsaken country. i have seen what tribalism can do real time. it has no conscience.
