Politics › Re: Massive Infrastructural Development Ongoing In Ebonyi State (Photos) by meccuno: 9:23pm On Jul 26, 2020
CaSttLe:
all these developments with sparse settlements. where are even the pple of Ebonyi? oh i forgot some are in anambra, enugu, Lagos hawking and doing keke biz..good biz. they should start thinking of coming home and develop their land with mighty edifice and biz structures. who are their prominent sons and daughters apart from Anyim Pius?

The states with the best landscapes have fewer inhabitants or have most of their indigenes in other states thereby leaving their states laying in waste and dormancy. Ebonyi state has one of the beautiful landscape in SE with less or zero erosions but no viable development by her indigenes...they all left. This isn't same for her sister state Anambra state with less land mass and threatened by gullys...though with so much human investments and more populated than Ebonyi and densely populated...If only Anambra could have an exchange with Ebonyi grin. No state is perfect, anyways.

IamWonderful:
No one integrate igbos, Gowon fought against biafra not because they want another country but because they want to take over Lagos the Nigeria capital then, initially Ojukwu had lot of pranks and scam in his sleeves, he have seen the viability of kagos, because he schooled there, he knows Lagos will be bigger than all the Eastern region, so he wanted to take over Lagos that was why Gowon waked him up from his delusion, if Ojukwu is genuine, he shouldn't have accepted shagari's pardon and also run under the Northern party, Ojukwu was just filled with bitterness and hatred, he thought because he and Gowon were the same rank, he should have been the military head of state rather than Gowon.

Why don't you advise the G guys to join hands together and hack into the politicians account and get our money or why can't they hack information about our stolen funds and present it has an evidence in court to bring most of this politicians down, why are they stealing from innocent people
Most of you who speak like this have not been a victim that's why it's comfortable for you to spew thrash
so what differentiates you from a criminal if your only way to seek justice is to break the law? Why would any body with a brain advocate for a G boy to hack into a private mail. Are you are criminal?

While yours run around in traffic selling gala and biscuits having left their folks living underground in muddy, gully erosion infested neighbourhoods in those thatched roof villages you mugs run to every December. And if you don't remember (you guys' memory usually don't last beyond 2 minutes), my people live in cities, not villages. It sure does occur to you that of all the big cities in Nigeria there is none in the "yeast" where yeebos live.
all these thesis for me? Baba. Majority of y'all are plain cowards. How can you have two generals in the Army that were crying and begging for their lives. Oladipo Diya and Rasaki. How can a general stoop so low to beg a lowly major. But you Yorubas are the same people who say that Ojukwu ran away. Someone who at least fought a battle. Well, grin grin. But they forget that Ogundipe was the first Soldier in the NIgerian Army that ran away without a single shot . Cowards. grin

which Yoruba king? the same Yoruba king confronted the British then for their hardheadedness on his people before he left his throne when his life was threatened

tell that your father that don't his history to tell you again about how Yoruba fought the oppression of the British

you Igbo and your naivety, we are talking about how your kinsmen foolishly put the rest of Southerners in the hand of Northerners that had the least exposure in the country then, you're talking about British that the entire West Africa countries cannot even face then

dumb people everywhere
agitate for your country and stop being subservient to the North. Try and do things fog your selves without oil money.

Everyone knows empires are built through musical concerts. I know you are from a region where empires are strange entities, as your ancestors never built one. They lived in tiny villages made up of at most fifteen and a half people. Ruling a vast empire with so many people and with complex administrative setup would have been too tasking for them.
And presently what has been the results of these empires?Your people still live in brown rusted zinc roofs in Ibadan. grin

Igbo brought the weakness to southerners. southern Nigeria not just Yoruba are brave but Igbo made us a subject in the hand of Northerners

Igbo want to control&dominate so they eliminate all other tribe leaders when that attempt failed and they were giving a wine of their own toss, they strategize to bring Northerner closer against their fellow southerners o, when their bring closer and finished failed because British and some westerners element hint the Northerners then northerner with their violence nature attack Igbo concurrently

the Igbo leaders in their naivety having lost majority of their kinsmen, instead of replying aggressively to the unjust killing of their people and officers, they're still acting unitary just to seized power again but their attempt to seized power again failed then aggression started and this led them to unprepared war which got them killed in millions

the bottom line of my analysis is, Ojukwu intention to go to war wasn't practically for Igbo secession, he actually want to be in control and dominate, if they had succeeded on the war, he could have get Effiong his chief of staff killed because he was too over ambitious. while he tried using his kinsmen to climb and achieve his personal desire, Yoruba leaders front line any imminent war to prevent causalities of their own people

why should Yoruba goto war when our leaders penetrated, benefitted and enjoy political relationship of other tribes. Yoruba had been president since democracy, even if they loss in 2023 which is apparently not possible, they've achieved a lot than those that called them Coward
was it not a Yoruba Oba that begged the British to come and enslave them? grin
