Hi Friends,

Please, how do you remove a dependent (spouse) from a green card application.

Please note that this person's applications have been DQ'ed.

Friends,

Do you have any idea on when PD date of November 14 for EBE-2 NIW category may become current. It appears it might be a long ride

Hi Friends,

Any idea on what a Trump presidency would mean for this category of visa. I am afraid that he might win the Nov'24 election. This is also because of his pronouncement on a clampdown on immigration, whether legal or illegal.

What are your thoughts, colleagues?

Such an interesting read so far but I have not gotten what I need.
My husband's I-140 has been approved but he is in the US while I am in Nigeria with our daughter. What's the way to go. Am I doing consular processing for myself and our daughter? I have searched and searched but still not getting it. I'd appreciate any information that can help. Thank you.

Please help me with the link to the telegram channel too. My email is oyindamolamariam@gmail.com
Going through similar experience. It is difficult to start IVP, since he is based in the U.S. and you are in Nigeria. The best bet will be for him to do IVP in Nigeria. Another option could be to do the "Following-to-join-benefit. Please get first hand information from NVC through the public inquiry form.

Best wishes

Hi Colleagues,

It's been 25 days since filing I-140 Petition premium processing. Does it usually takes this much time? I thought PP is just 1-2 weeks
Case Approved. I am doing the IVP myself. Any one with insights or links I can go through

UJ o but I guess it should be full now, so I’m looking for a private one.
UJ res is full now. What's your budget? Please avoid Brixton, though apartment are cheaper there. You may also check property24. Which department and programme will you doing? I could recommend some nice location, if I know your campus.

Colleagues,

Please I want to ask what the minimum amount one should have in his account when applying for a PhD study visa in SA
TravelRe: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by mechango: 6:36pm On Mar 09, 2023

550 rands daily. Send them a mail, reservations@airportinn.co.za or look them up on booking.com
Why not use property24 and search based on your preferred location. 550/day is on a high side oooh. This is 7k+/month

Sorry bro, there is nothing as free studying here in SA. You must have your money to study in any higher institution. *No mahala*

In case you need Rand here, let me know.
I disagree Baba, SA universities are almost at per with that of the U.S. You have a high chance of getting a funding, in as much as you are doing research. UKZN is also an example, you don't pay tuition fee

Thank you. By what you are saying, it means it safe to fly to Johannesburg OR tambo and expect visa stamp if one meets criteria for entry. Ws your hotel booked and paid for. Or you presented just a dummy
?
I will just generally advice you have all the documents handy. The only questions immigration officers asked at the poe is "Where are you going to?" But I don't really know about for those visiting. I remember vividly that there were having issues with their system, so it was only one officer attending to e-visa. My generally advice, just print the hotel booking.

I hope you find this useful

What you have raised is a very important issue. Information is key when traveling, if there is anyone here that has flown to SA recently via Johannesburg, OR TAMBO, they should openly tell us if there was a seperate queue for evisa passengers. Please give us an insight. I will be waiting to hear from someone
Not really, as at the last time I travelled in, which was January 19. There was no separate queue for e-visa.
