He's controlling buses based on the position he's in now not based on his hardwork, I know one can be great without going to school, but in his own case it's not based on hardwork, he's just fortunate to be where he is, mind you some of them are also engaging in illegal deals.

The system is not balance, someone that does not know the four corners of the university will be building mansions, and driving in luxury cars while one who struggles to go to school will still struggle to get job and the jobs are not even there, I can remember those days my dad told me immediately he finished his degree programme that he had 5 jobs waiting for him, how I wish we can go back to that era.
