A man has to ejaculate inside a female for pregnancy to result. There is an ethical dilemma here but when a woman above 18 gets pregnant for or just has sex with a man less than 18 the woman is convicted of a felon. However if the man is 18 and above there is no conviction. If they are both below 18 and the woman is older than the man by atleast 4 years or the man is older than the woman by at least 4 years then it is statutory rape and older person should be convicted.

The 17 year old guy should be remanded in correctional facility for juveniles. He abducted that girl a sort of kidnapping and raped her. He is older and no 15 year old gives consent for sexual intercourse. They are both minors admittedly but even minors are remanded for juvenile offenses and misdemeanors.
