Here's where you have the poorest and most miserable people in the whole wide world. It's difficult to manage BP because one minute it's normal, next it's erratic. Somebody is unnecessarily anxious and scared bout the bill and how it will take food away from the table. Let me not even talk about lack of equipments, power supply, and village people.

Somebody is rushed into the accident and emergency ward by 2 am and once stabilized in one or two hours he is thinking about going home and cant stay because staying there till daybreak na more money to pay lol
