I wonder what d'banj is doing at a gala nite the noise is not needed at all

2013 Nigeria had the best footballing year in Africa its so glaring.

Yes! the events kicks-off 10pm CAT(9pm Nigeria:local time).

sure winner stephen for best coach award have been spotted with an 'all white' attire.

The Glo-Caf Awards kicks-off by 9pm.You will get The happenings of the event here as it unfolds.

Lets hope that at the end the best man wins. Africa football awards have not always been given with the right judgement followed hope it will not be sentimental and political at the end. Lets enjoy the suspense and the dramas!!!!

Lets share every thing that is fun, sweet, crazy and worth hearing about the awards.

I am puzzled? The era we find ourselves boast of the best technologies that has changed how music are produced. This era have been able to replace some songs that swept the greatest awards when it comes to music production but this feat have not been achieved with classical christmas songs.

I would'nt deny the fact that they is this added beauty when this classical christmas songs are played, but cant they be replicated or done better.

I don't just seem to get it!!! Instead we modify them and yet it would even make the song unpleasant unlike the original

we want people that this difficult to follow endeavour-resolution, has worked for to help teach others in that direction

tpacalipse: Enough is enough! Does it work? Nope, it never does. Shikena. Let every man do whatever he has to at that particular time God lays it in his heart. Those who really want to change their ways or make any resolution that would be stuck to, never wait for any gadamn new year. A serious man, does not wait till tomorrow for tomorrow might never come. Any of u who makes resolution on January 1st 2014 shall break it before the end of Jan 2nd whether u like it or not. If u lack discipline now, new year ain't gonna bring discipline in to ur life.

bro., people set target for week upcoming, month upcoming, why not year upcoming. you want to aspire to a greater height but one thing or the other made it impossible, a resoluttion helps fight those bottlenecks.

New is the year, New are the aspirations. Every New year comes with its own grounds to break and pillar to build.

2013 is just a matter of days before it fades away and here comes 2014: A fresh page in the history of our life.

Do you believe in writing down resolutions for the year upcoming? has it worked for you before? how did you make it work?

My Idea towards resolutions for a new year is that it should be written before the year in question is welcomed.

You may also share some of your resolutions, you may never know who might want to take that parth, or trying to break free, break through, or soar high in that pursuit of life.

Let's Share freely.

I wish that Nigeria public office holders, government, and people will resign from their ooffices if they are involved in corruption.

more investments oppurtunity in nigeria and hence creation of jobs.

next year terrorism wuld have died a natural dead.

I wish that i own my own company next year and employ the unemployed

we so desire but hardly are we optimistic.

here, wishes are horses, and will surely ride.

what do you want before this year runs out,for yourself, family, friend, and country, say it and see it come true.

Nigeria won the nations cup was a wish from someone in this topic :www.nairaland.com/1144304/wish-nigeria-2013.

Dont partake if u dont believe in the beautiful things that happens in this saeson. u've always been pessimistic and u find it difficult to believe that wishes come true, try to be optimistic this time.

wish u all dream come true this season.

hardly do they make decisions only after consultations, and am sure some students are already in school or their way to school

The FG has extended the resumption deadline given to the academic staff union of universities (ASUU) members to the 9th of December.

The reason behind the decision to extend the dealine of Dec. 4th earlier given was the death of former president of the union who died on his way to the ASUU NEC meeting.

in exodus 20:5 God said the iniquirties of the fathers shall be visited on the childrens.

have the law of the new testament delivered us from this word or if it is still binding whats the biblical way of escape

God's laws are eternal, is directive is that we keep the sabbath(either saturday or sunday doctrine wise) holy.

what would one do to keep it holy as instructed?

with the incessant larvish spending on nothing that can be termed an investment for the future.

what role do this unnecessay expenditures play to promote the celebs career, considering the fact that most end up having little to spare whn it matters?

Just heard that the presidents called off d strike cos d govt and d media were not yielding, any confirmation?

It seems difficult knowing that praying ill against them will eventually condemn their soul.

partak Moscow striker, Emmanuel Emenike, has promised a $50,000 reward to the Super Eagles if the team qualifies for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. Nigeria leads a qualifying group that includes Malawi, Kenya and Namibia with five points from three matches.

Emenike, who is out of next month’s World Cup qualifiers in Kenya and Namibia due to recent injury to his knee, said he has been a Super Eagles fan long before he debuted for Nigeria against Sierra Leone in 2011. “I promise the whole team $50,000 if we qualify for the World Cup in Brazil,” Emenike told MTNFootball.com “Like I said before that we have a team that can make this country proud, and I am doing this from the bottom of my heart just to motivate the team.

I am not doing this to intimidate anybody but just to show my total support to the team because I grew up supporting the Super Eagles.” He added: “I am really behind the team. I don’t want them to miss me because there are other players who can get them the goals. “Before I decided to play for Nigeria, even before I dreamt of becoming a professional footballer, which I am today by God’s grace, I have been a passionate fan of the Super Eagles.

“I could remember when I used to watch the team way back at the 1994 Nations Cup and World Cup, and I am speaking today as a Super Eagles player, it is a great honour. So the team means a lot to me and that is why I deem it fit to support the team in my little way. “I never knew I will play for Nigeria. This is a reward for what I have done in Europe and it is time I supported my country even more.”

LEXYCOM: Make jonathan give ham amnesty....

finally, am sure that will work, its the only way nigeria get out of sht

xreal: What's dis; and where did dis happen?

this(oro) happens in some parts of lagos, though am not sure of other western state in Nigeria. The killings are done secretly.

how can a country dat intends to grow into the top 20 economy in the world commit homicide with no remorse whatsoever, in the guise of an ancient diabolic tradition called 'oro', a tradition which allows a group of people to kill anyone found on the street in the night, this is pure wickedness.

some say the killings are done if a member of the royal traditional family dies, why kill others for the death of a mortal being, why dont they kill their people? will these killings bring back the dead?

I could remember how a pregnant woman that was going with her husband to the hospital to be delivered of her baby were both killed in cold blood all in the name of òró.

my questions are; does it mean that the government cant stop this wicked acts? how do we want to grow with this kind of tradition? does it mean that they are done so secretly that our govt are oblivious of this killings or is it that they just simply shut their eyes to this act.

This killings must be stopped.

SO, NAIRALAND IS BEING DOMINATED BY JAMBITOES? No wonda u hardly see matured comments..

illogical reasoning, why? cos anyone that is interested in the nigeria education sector, will want to know how the result fared.if worse or better than the year b4: it determines peoples future

i saw the name again and i reminisced the time i wrote waec. Funny!

A plea to solicit for the freedom of ciroma chukwuma adekunle, he's been writing waec for so long.

a waiver wont be bad!

the tournament has faded out just like the sun comes and lighten our day and make the day bright and hot.

The fans are rejoicing, but who are the true fans ?. The ones that believed from outset that Nigeria will win the tournament when we even never had a team nor a squad. Some said they are not going to watch them play, instead they rather buy the new series of sponge bob square pants, am sure they will celebrate loudest.

We have learnt one lesson, we may not be doing perfectly well in some things but our wishes can take us there.

I congratulate Ias93, for u put in one of those wishes that let us through. In the thread
www.nairaland.com/1144304/wish-nigeria-2013/1#13580590

Every others that have never said a wrong wish congratulation. I also congratulate the homebase players that did us proud.

Where Your expectations met/cut short ?, what message do you want to pass to Nigerians?, who would you like to congratulate?. Lets savour the moment.
