From experience, Glo is number 1 on my list. Its just like the customer care officers just can't wait to get one off the line. Their tone is not friendly. Sometimes i wonder if they were screen for the position. Next is etisalat. Some are rude while others are a bit friendly. For me, Mtn has the best customer care officers. |
