Good people, finally I am about to make a testimony here after Australia refused to open up and German refused to give me a date, at last I got to Japa from this place that I have wasted almost 40 years of my life.

I got a call from the consulate yesterday but couldn't pick but my wife did and I call them back today and I was asked to pick another travel date as the date I filled on my form was yesterday. I told them my hostel will be open on the 26th of this month and they asked if I would love to travel on the 25th.

Was so so happy, I got a mail immediately that my passport had been dispatched to UPS. Will give the full details tomorrow after I have received the my passport.

I did my biometric on the 9th of this month and I didn't add many documents to my application, just my brother who is in Australia bank account(36-65k AUD) with his Australia driver license and his Nigerian expired passport and my CV, campus France pre-registration and my accommodation certificate.

I did my capturing on June 13th and was asked to come collect it on August 23rd
Please does it usually take this long?
I thought they said its 6 weeks for processing?
I missed a job opportunity for Poland because my International Passport wasn't ready for processing of my Visa.
I started talking to another employer in the USA today and I dont want International Passport to be a stumbling block again.
I want to desperately leave Zoogeria bikonu.
Should I just go to Alausa with my collection slip next week to know if its ready even though its stated on it that it would be ready on the 23rd of August??

It should be ready long time ago. Don't bother waiting for any sms. My slip stated August 30 but I have collected my passport to the glory of God.
Just go there and drop your slip in the collection box.

When applying for the accommodation, tell the landlord you will stay for more than a year, however,
the embassy will want u to get 3 months contract first. So u can decide to pay for next month but tell the landlord you need 3 months contract first.

Visa Approved in 6 Days.
Did biometrics July 1 in Lagos got my passport with France visa stamped on July 6. For tourism.

So you guys can start your applications. France is open now for ALL categories.

I did my biometric on the 8th of July at Abuja VFS and my passport was dispatched 15th of July. just collected my stamped Passport with VISA now.

Nothing special about the interview.

The interview is divided into two stages.

The document verification stage and the proper interview stage. Both stages shouldn't be more than 30 minutes to an hour.

Whoever that is going for the interview, shouldn't be scare because it's just a normal interview to discuss your academic and professional development over the years and your plan for the future. Expect questions like.

Tell us about yourself, why the course, why France, what are strength, what do you want to gain from the course, what next after the course and so on.

I followed your story from the beginning and this is the only time I wished "reporting" works. As for Servicom, I have had nothing but funny experience with them. Here's hoping my experience is an exception, and that the right people get involve this time. By the way, today makes it exactly three months since I have been captured. Don't know if it serves any purpose, but just know you aren't the only one who feels this way.

So guys, I haven't been online today but my attention was drawn to the person that posted yesterday that he got his passport done with change of name yesterday. I couldn't hide my tears, picked up my phone and called her. Asked about my passport and she ended the call, called back again asking about it, she raised her voice that it wasn't her fault that it's my nin that delayed since March. So I stood up to her that she's the same person that assured me of knowing someone but couldn't finish the statement before my airtime finished. As I was trying to borrow she called and said I'll have to wait blabla and I said no that someone even got hers yesterday and did change of name. Why's my own now different that I want my passport. She ended the call and keeps rejecting my calls. So I went to send her a voicenote, I poured out my heart angrily while watching my words too because she might use the unnecessary against me. She has listened to it and didn't respond, I don't know whatever steps she might've been taking now but I'm really scared. All I want is the product of service I paid for, 30k debt is still on me and chocking me badly, no source of income, the only means I'm hoping on I got an incompetent hand depressed is understatement

I had to resort to the same tactics after DIY was causing me issues especially because of NIN wahala.
Review: Festac office is okay for DIY if you have time to wait. The officers are very nice and would help you if you need help but omo you might have to waste time waiting in line if you don't have a good contact. If you want to capture on the same day, hold like 1k to tip and it would be done.
