Thanks to that person above that suggested Opera should be used. It did work for me. I simply clicked forgot password and they sent the link of which I used to reset the password and finally accessed the site and my app was Approved

Has anyone been able to reset password? The mail they said they sent I haven't received it.

meaning the wrong date is on ur waec certificate, rite? if so all u need do is go to a law court and get an affidavit to that effect, that waec made a mistake on ur DOB and u state the correct DOB (which is on ur passport ). I have same issue and that's what I did

Please I need assistance. There's a mistake in my Waec DOB and it is different from my birth certificate. Am about to apply for study permit(Canada). As young engineers...our priorities should be seeking experience...even if they ll pay less I ll accept the offer because of VISION... And why should you *** after training....the training ll just be a guide n preamble compared to what ll be involve when the job itself ll commence. So I advice as fresh engineers...let's go for experience aswell as adding values...
