We are only about 2million people in number. I don't think we are even that old to begin with. I think our relationship with the Igbos go far beyond what we know. They might not be wrong at all, as we don't even know our own history and where we came from.

What they are trying to say is that ancient Jews were black people and those black people migrated to Africa. It's even in the Bible, many people know the Bible wilderness is in Africa. And it isn't that hard to migrate from Egypt to west Africa. The in Mali today are said to have migrated from Egypt.

Why you think I beg Yoruba boys to be my friends is appalling. Lol, the opposite is the case. To be honest, Yoruba boys in this part of Lagos tend to influence boys like me in bad ways. Had I moved with Yoruba boys from a very young age I would have been a nuisance. Their attitude and way of life is not something I would like to admire.

See, nobody told me there's a connection between Igbos and Igalas. I always wondered why I relate better with Igbos and why I love their food and way of life. That's when my journey started, I went to Google and I searched "relationship between Igalas and Igbos" . The rest is history.

This isn't a tribe thing, I don't really care about tribe before I relate with people, I relate with people on individual basis. I am an introvert, I don't really keep friends or show myself too much. I relate with Igbo boys more because there's almost an instant connection between me and Igbo boys.

All the Yoruba boys think I feel too big and I must say they have their reasons for not wanting to associate with me. And lastly, they don't share my ideas and many of them aren't in my line of business, the very few who are in my line are very selfish with information, they think you would take over their business when they share information with you. This is something an Igbo guy wouldn't care about. He would share information with his friends without being afraid. He's not afraid of competition.


The only Yoruba friend I have is my sister's husband, great guy. I'm not the type who would come to your house to stay or speak with you on the road for a very long time. I'm always minding my business. Of course, I know few Yoruba guys at street level. We greet and that's the end, there's no strong relationship or business partnership.

Igbos on the other hand relate with me really well. Both on business level and friendship level. They share ideas and they always help in my business life. Everybody loves anyone who adds value. And to be honest, I don't really keep close friendship with anyone who doesn't add value to me.

I don't want to sound tribalistic, but I think Igbos share my thoughts. I love people who would ginger my spirits because I'm lazy when it's comes to making money. I have all the brains in the world to make money but I am always content at a certain point, my Igbo friends make me realize no amount of money is too big. I need people who would talk sense into my head and advice me to work really hard to make it in life. I must say Igbos do this job very well and that's why I relate with them.

Sorry to Yoruba people, I don't have a personal hate for Yorubas. I think they are a great people but it's not my fault that I don't have any Yoruba friend. Maybe in the future God might provide a Yoruba friend for me and that will be a very great thing..

Lastly, I have dated just one Yoruba girl in my entire life and the relationship didn't last at all (Reason is confidential). All the girls I have dated are Igbos, I have strong love for Imo girls and Igbo food as well. So that explains it all.
