No civil servant will survive in Nigeria without corruption. This is the reason why there is massive corruption amongst workers in government institutions in the country. We haven't had light for 3 days now in my area in Lagos. We used to have steady light until our line was changed. The person that brought the idea of changing our line was very f00lish I must say. |
