This man changed my life. Where would I have been without Jide Ogunsanya?

I remember when I was a very broke guy without a job or assistance from anybody. I would always come online with nothing to show for it, until I came across Ogbonge blog. This young man taught me almost everything I know about blogging today and I have made millions of naira as a result of his blog.

I wish him a happy married life as he ties the knot. I would have done anything to attend his wedding, but I couldn't make it.

Thanks Jide for everything, I have never met you, but you made me what I am today.

the mistake Nigerians make is that they do not know earning money from blogs also have seasons. if u ask some what q1 period means, they do not know jack. everyday RPM differs and u cannot make the same amount if you have the save views, based on the rpm. her major money comes from the sponsored and banner ads people advertise on her site.

Bloggers make money with RPM and not CPC. I wonder where this OP came from. Advert clicks does not determine how much a blogger makes, his RPM does. Lol, Linda definitely makes more than that, I know this because she gets a lot of UK and US traffic.

A friend just told me the same thing happened to him and he had to subscribe again. Is anybody experiencing this too?

It's high time we discussed about MTN and how they deduct our airtime without giving us the service we paid for.

Some time last year, I got a message from MTN saying I could make a 30 minutes call to a special number if I dialed a code, the service caused me 100 Naira to subscribe to. I subscribed twice and I couldn't use the service at all.

I called MTN customer care and all they did was to apologize and my money was never refunded. I couldn't do anything, my 200 Naira was stolen just like that by MTN.

Today, I was robbed by MTN again. I am an 100 level student of Kogi State University who ran out of money due to some expenses I didn't plan for, and I surely didn't plan for MTN to do this to me.

I had 16 Naira on my MTN sim which couldn't do anything initially. I wanted to call my uncle and elder brother who were willing to send me money (because my dad is late). As a broke guy, I went to my friend who's also suffering the same fate to borrow some money (did I say some money?), I was lucky to get a 100Naira from him and I promised to help him out if my plan worked.

I happily bought a recharge voucher and loaded it. I decided to subscribe to MTN BBLITED plan to enable me chat with my elder brother and use the remaining balance to call my uncle. I successfully subscribed to the BBLITED plan and 70Naira was deducted from my account. I called my uncle who narrated his ordeal to me on how he doesn't have money at the moment to send to me.

I had the biggest shocker after the call. My friend and I almost had heart attacks. MTN sent me this message.

"Sorry, you do not have sufficient credit to perform this operation. Please load a recharge card and try again. Thank you."

I initially thought it was a joke, I tried to browse with the plan I subscribed to but it didn't work at all. I sent 'status' to 21600 and I received a message that said my bb service isn't active.

I called MTN customer care about 4 times and they kept apologizing. I even begged a staff to help me, I explained how I struggled to buy the airtime, yet he just said sorry and hanged up.

Please somebody tell MTN to return my airtime if they aren't giving me my service. I am not used to begging or buying things on credit. I am writing this with my friend's girlfriend's phone. I really need to chat with my brother tonight. MTN should return my money, else I will swear for them and it's gonna affect their business here in Nigeria.

Why are people this jealous? I am from Kogi State, but I won't deny the fact that the Igbos are the most intelligent people when it comes to education in Nigeria. I have been to many schools in Lagos and Igbos always come tops.

I envy the way Igbo parents make sure their children always read their books and come out in flying colours in their various schools. We should always keep sentiments aside and give respect, praises to who deserve them.
