Kanu does not want to loose both ways in his personal life. He went to UK to secure citizenship for himself and and family. He kept his family in UK to secure one part so he does not loose both ways.

Ojukwu did not want igbos to loose both ways. So he wanted the igbos to go into politics in Nigeria after the war.


Using the approach of force introduced by kanu who secured his family in UK, we can clearly see the result.

Kanu lost both parents. Kanu did not achieve biafra and could not return to Nigeria to pay his parents the last respect.

So he lost both ways . Igbos cant loose both ways. Igbos should look within to solve the igbo problems, before Nigerian problem.

Look at orji kalu and the Theodore orji, see how much of abia money they looted. But Kanu is busy pointing fingers at Buhari, while the true enemies of the igbos in Abia are within.

I think igbo leaders and elite should invest more in education to reduce the number gullible igbos who could be scammed by kanu.

Sometimes I imagine Nigeria without the North .

Bokoharam virus created by the North, draining the nation of both human and financial resources. Viruses are known for spreading.

This virus have killed more Nigerians than SARS, EBOLA, CORONAVIRUS has done world wide. While other countries find lasting solutions to these health challenges, Nigeria reinforces the virus by ransom payment and release of arrested members.

Do we need a prophet to tell what the end result will be?

Alot of people dont understand the impact the coronavirus will have on Nigerian economy if things continue like this. With no production and export going on in china at the moment, it's only a matter of time we run out of everything supplied from china. From clothing, to phones and accessories to electronics etc.

Soon those who have stock will sell 50 times the normal price because there wont be anymore supply soon.

We better pray a solution is found as soon as possible, else we experience great inflation in Africa.

Someone will say we will produce our own. Even the machinery needed for production and parts come from china.

By tax clearance, do you mean tax clearance certificate?

From my understanding tax clearance certificate covers 4 years. If you earn up to 3 million a year it means you pay annual tax of at least 250,000 . Does it mean you paid 250,000 for 4 years (1,000,000).

Did your annual income on your tax clearance certificate match the annual income you stated in the form?

Nigerians never bothered to ask who negotiated the release and agreed to the condition that only the muslims girls be released.

The leader of CAN in a northern state was also killed some days ago. After reports that Christians were targeted for attacks.

Alot of ransom have been paid to this group loyal to the president during negotiations and unfortunately, they are well equipped.

It will be difficult for the service chiefs to be sacked, because they have alot of information regarding negotiations with the terrorists and have compromised on national security in the interest of the terror group, at the order of the president.

That is why they cant be sacked.

Now with this sophistication , what happens when Buhari leaves office and non Muslim takes over?

Will Nigeria be made hell for him like it was for GEJ?

Will the new leader be forced to agree to the conditions of the terror group at the expense of the nation?

Will the north use this terror group to hold on to power?

A lot of questions left unanswered.

There is a saying that "Time is money ". Truly this is correct, because we are rewarded financial for what we do with our time. Whether in business or work.

Decisions of government due to lack of vision and understanding of economics have cost us a lot of time/money.

From the delay to devalue because the president did not understand the meaning to border closure. All these have cost us more than we gained.

Are you surprised that revenue generated from tax was on a steady decline?

The presidency in a bid to send youths into agriculture, secretly funded an entrepreneur to the tune of 800,000. Then presented the same guy as someone who started from scratch and turned 1 million into 1 billion in a short time.

Why isn't the presidents children or the vice presidents children into Agriculture? We heard about the secret recruitment into the CBN, where relations of the president were employed .

During the harvest of rice which Northern Nigeria is a major contributor, our borders were closed to enable sales. While it is a good idea that our local rice sold well, however the damage of the border closer outweighs the gains.

Our customs have failed in securing the borders, so instead of tackling the challenge, the borders are closed.

Now the same inefficient customs who found it difficult handling the traffic of containers when the border was opened, are now overwhelmed by traffic.

All containers that would initially land in Benin republic, now have to be redirected to Nigerian ports.

The same inefficient customs have to check each container manually 100%. A container that would normally take 45-60 days to arrive and be cleared now takes 5-6 months.

These containers include machinery and raw materials for production. When a factory is out of materials, machinery and parts, how will production continue?

Customers in a bid to deceive Nigerians bring up fake news about containers of rice seized years ago and claim they happened recently. All this to cover up the collapsing situation at the Nigerian ports.

Air cargoes that normally takes 7 days, now take 1 month to be cleared after they arrive Nigerian in 3-5 days.

If we are to calculate the time lost in monetary terms, the gains from local rice sales won't be up to 0.05% of what is lost daily at the ports.

So rather than tackling the inefficiency of the customs and immigration, we choose the easy way out of border closure.

The same government that have failed to tackle th4 security challenges of the nation, blaming foreigners from neighbouring African countries, is talking of VISA on arrival.

This is the result of nepotism. Appointment based on ethnicity and religion and not competence.
Tunde fowler of FIRS said tax generated declined because revenue of many companies declined. This was a clear indication that government policies were counter productive.

So a Northerner has to head customs and the ports and cover up the through situation of things, to please the president. A northerner has to take over FIRS to cover the true situation of things. A northerner has to head immigration, customs etc. To cover up the current state of things to please the president.

Every developed country got to where they are today, because they strengthened their institutions. They did not try to cover their challenges with lies, rather they faced them head on.

Here in this country we are trying to grow the economy of the nation on lies and deceit.

I read where the new FIRS Boss criticised Fowler's administration sighting decline in revenue generation. However it goes to show that Buhari's administration wrecked so many businesses, created job losses, which in turn reflected on tax.

When over 12 million lost jobs in the first tenure, how will the tax on salaries be generated?

The cost of running businesses increased with fuel prices, electricity tarrifs etc. This will automatically result in reduced profit.

So many companies also left the country. So where was Fowler suppose to generate revenue from in the midst of all these?

Now, why all Nigerians (Especially Southerners)should be worried, is that we are about to witness reckless and irresponsible taxation. Where the government will tax Nigerians mercilessly without putting the economic situation and challenges facing businesses into consideration.

Correct me if I am wrong, but majority of the businesses that will carry the tax burden are in the south . Most businesses up north are not even captured in the federal tax raider.

So before you celebrate the removal of Fowler and the criticism of the new FIRS boss, bear in mind that this new administration won't have a human face.

So the DSS will disobey the court, But obey directive from government appointee?

They cabal need to be in the good books so they can borrow more and squander .
