Yea i seconded this policy on the premise of checking corruption in higher institutions of nowadays as to giving admission to the well deserved candidates and not by proxy. And by also giving candidates with high scores a level playing ground not to waste all resources put towards gaining admission cos if that persists, so many human resources to build this country would be somewhere frustrated,destrupted by the bogginess of our education system hence, brings subjugation.
