5. Hotel reservations ( Go to Expedia)
6. Property document if any
7. Cover letter stating your plans.
8. Family Proof. If you are single attach Pictures of your family back home.
9. Copy of your US visa
10. NIN if any
11. Evidence of Personal and Company Tax .
12. Evidence of Some Business transactions.
Anything else to support your application like Pension, treasury bills etc. TIES....

The form is easy to fill but dont mix up the information.

Oh sorry sis, well as you said you had many travel experience that will help your application, you need to submit your employment letter plus leave letter , 3 month bank statements and payslips, hotel reservation, and flight itinerary, and landed documents,

Book frequently Traveller and you don't need any premium lodge book the date and when you get to VSF at your appointment date you use your ATM card to pay for visa visa I think is 37k+

You will pay your visa fees with your Nigeria ATM on your appointment day at VSF don't buy the agent idea ok

You have to add alot Meljoe. CAC, Taxes, bank statements, the list goes on and on.

However, Try to get the first form filled by this agent to see the information he drafted on your behalf.

Your cover letter needs to be detailed, explain your trip in bits dont assume the US visa will perform the magic without an explanation to satisfy the visa officer .
Get your flight routing right as well and make sure your hotel reservation dates tally with your itinerary.
