Please what processing office is for those who submitted in Uk , my daughter has not gotten any response yet but the rest of us here has gotten PPR even gotten our visas stamped on our passport yet no response from them after sending multiple web forms . Please can you tell me the processing office or is it still Uk ?

Your application will be sent to the office that is meant to handle it; you don't need to do anything.

For applicants who submitted their applications in Nigeria: applications for temporary residency are sent to Nairobi office for processing, while applications for permanent residency are sent to Accra office.

But I have to wait for the London visa office

No it was 82 days at first and then changed to 72 days. I’m surprised it’s 282 days

Your application is still within the normal processing time frame for applications submitted in the UK. As of today, the average wait time for UK applicants is 282 days.

Applicant who submitted in the UK can start to worry if his or her application is 10 months old, and no decision yet.

And for those applicantion submitted here in Nigeria, the average wait time is 106 days.

The processing time is just for reference purposes because some applications will fall outside this average processing time.

Please is there any other way someone can contact IRCC apart from webform ? Submitted our application as a group and my daughter PPR hasn’t been sent yet and we have gotten ours , though she’s in the Uk. What can I do please ? Last update about her application is her school saying High Commission of Canada sent an email verifying if she’s a student with them , since then no update and we got our PPR yesterday. What can I do please ?

Please can I log in through gckey if I submitted with new portal , someone that used old portal said sometimes they can ask for more information or documents without sending a message and you can see it on gckey. I’m concerned about my daughter application, only heard from them when her school told her high commission of Canada sent them an email to verify her school documents if she’s a student of the school, since then no response and We got our PPR this morning. We applied as a group but she did her biometrics in Uk and also stays there , so probably different countries are handling it but how can I see it on the website to know if they are asking for more documents

I was called yesterday too but missed their call. I was later called back around 2pm to answer some questions regarding my visa application... Hopefully my passport should be dispatched to tls today.

I got 6 months multi entry and my kids and the friend got 1 month.

The consular called me yesterday to ask me questions and be sure that my son friend will be coming back and also called him too. He told him he has been approved.

Just picked up now and everybody is approved. Glory Be to GOD.

No you don’t need to fill that number of visa. It is when you get the visa and want to renew , the visa number that’s what you fill there. Just fill date and leave it vacant.

My visa application was rejected by the French Embassy. On an attempt to submit a new application I am required to provide information about whether my biometric data like fingerprint have ever been captured for the purpose of Schengen visa. Which for me, is suppose to be yes nevertheless I was not issued a visa. On the screenshot I shared in this post, they need me to provide the visa number and I have never been issued a visa and without providing a valid visa number I wouldn't be able to submit the application again. Please if you have a good suggestion on how to go about this, kindly share with me. Thank you so much.

Yes, if he / she is less than 18 years old, then you will need approval letter from his / her parents.

If you’re packaging the application together, you guys can book appointment together under the frequent traveler appointment slot.
