The way Hazard play he is not a Striker, he is an attacking midfielder, he likes to play from midfield to attack because he is more of a creator on the pitch rather than just scoring. So you expect Real Madrid to wait for another cr7 that will be scoring 50 goals a season before they move. Modric who is a ball career from midfield to attack is now weak so it is sensible to sign Hazard and then sign mbappe next season. Football is a continuous project. Ramos is a rash defender not a bad defender but going by the fact that Italian CB (canavaro) that beat ZZ to the award did that because he wasn't rash but also very effective as with his influence in the team.

Being smart on the ball is more important than having silky dribbling skills, a player like D.Silva, KDB and Ozil ( when he has sense) will make a difference with a quick turn and pass, Seemingly less talented players like Sterling and Salah have learnt to reduce their ball keeping and improve positioning, shooting and decision making while Hazard is still trying to dribble a 4th defender to show how good he is.
