He has been the most kicked player in the Premier league in the last 5 years, Neymar can't even stand 2 of those tackles else his career would be over.
He's a team player who might not be your regular 30 goals a season player but check Chelsea's stats for the past 3 seasons and compare it with Neymar's contribution and moreover, Neymar is a striker who likes to play at the left side of the attack, Hazard is a midfielder (winger) who only play as a makeshift striker once in a while.
Hazard was by far the best player at last year's world Cup whereas every other team Brazil played against complained about Neymar's diving tricks and showboating.
He might have won more laurels and earn more endorsement deals than Hazard but on the field of play, Hazard does it for me .

Don't mind the Nigga, he's just hating on Hazard. I mean, he was clearly the best player at last year's world Cup, it was obvious. His performance against Japan, Brazil and France earned him applause from fans and opposition teams but because they wanted to compensate Modric for their loss in the final, they rigged it. Hazard might not be on CR7 & Messi's level and might not get you that 30 goals a season but he's a baller . Quit hating on the guy.

But the one you said Neymar is better than Hazard and Hazard is professionally better than Neymar is confusing because since football is a professional sport and you said Hazard is better professionally why not leave it like that. If football is all about doing skippo on the pitch Denilson and okocha would’ve been the greatest footballer.
