FirstbornWds: Brother, Cryuff:s philosophy was great. It won us trophies no fount but trust me, Messi made the difference. Spain did greatly adapting to that style but it really didn't last. Check out how far they gave faired since winning the Euros. They have always been the need to have some sort of outstanding player(s) to get the job done. Iniesta was Spain's talisman then. But when he started declining and couldn't penetrate upfront as much as he did in the past, they started declining.
The same can be said about Guardiola's style and implementation in Bayern and Man City(early days). There really wasn't an exceptional olayer to get it done even while they held more possession.
Arsene whenger adopted the same but he really couldn't conquer the global stage.
Same goes for Real Madrid Lopetugi.. He implemented the style well enough but there was no exception to it.
Forgive me, I don't mean to be rude to Cryuff's philosophy but I just need to be plain as it should be. Messi made it quite a big deal than he, the implementer. Even Guardiola did it better at Barcleona He should implement and win numerous trophies for his country as well. The implementer bwhahahahah. |

raumdeuter: While you are right, I think the West needs to come together and take a stand against China. The more we delay, the more reliant the west will be on China and the harder it will be to curtail
Imagine China as the sole superpower in the world with their beliefs and ideologies exported all over the world. Which include gross human right abuses and open disregard for blacks
Shebi in Lagos we see Chinese restaurants refusing service to Nigerians, we see Chinese manufacturers maltreating their local employees We have even seen Chinese restaurant owners flogging African employees who came late to work
If the world thinks US was a mean superpower, I still think the US is the most benevolent superpower we can hope for wait till China becomes the sole one controlling economies, controlling manufacturing and production. China wey dey cover up a disease like Corona and hiding the number of infection and deaths, Will they mind declaring Operation Tianamen square on any country? China has about 98% percent of the rare metals in the World. If they decide to shut down their export none of you Will Be able to buy a phone for example. In the past they shut down their export for one specific metal (can‘t remember which) and it‘s stock prices rose up about 700%. China is already more powerful than you all think and they are (economically speaking) the most powerful nation in the World already. |

Swissh: Wet markets are not the problem, most markets in Asia are wet markets . The problem is the unregulated wild meat being mixed in with it. Chickens and pigs cause zoonotic infections as well in the form of bird flu and swine flu. It is not just the exoticness or wide life of the animal. it's the sanitary conditions of the markets. |

gensteejay: He claimed that coronavirus is a recombinant virus, created in the lab via recombinant DNA technology. These are some of his references:
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2090123220300540
https://www.who.int/ith/diseases/sars/en/
Analysing the genetic composition of coronavirus, this is a quote from the first source: "DNA recombination was found to be involved at spike glycoprotein which assorted SARS-CoV (CoVZXC21 or CoVZC45) with the RBD of another Beta CoV, thus could be the reason for cross-species transmission and rapid infection." From what I have read, SARS-CoV-2 (which causes COVID-19) is 80-90% identical with SARS-CoV-1 (which causes normal SARS). For a virus, it means that they are almost the same thing. In fact, the International Naming Committee refused to recognize them as two different viruses, hence the 1, 2 designation. Even two very closely related viruses like HIV and SIV share only about 50% of their genome. |

izzou: What is the expertise in producing ventilators?
Didn't you see the MIT videos on how to produce makeshift ventilators?
Didn't you read today of how two guys fixed the ventilators in the teaching hospital in Jos?
If you want to condemn anyone, constructively do so Two guys didn't fix nothing. What part did they fix and were did they get the supplies from? Medical device manufacturing requires stringent cleanliness and has a whole different set of laws and standards to follow. By the time a car plant is retrofitted and sterilized to make these things, it takes more than 4months. Even to produce a new version of what they make currently takes months and months of planning, setting up machines, building and going through tooling, production step modeling, training employees, organizing your supply chain, organizing logistics, and many others. It takes even months just to change production of a new model of your current products. Innoson is saying rubbish. |

https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.ft.com/content/dfc197c2-61ed-4cd6-8cb4-0ac865a47e69 That's what I just told Eruditor. The machines most companies are producing right now CPAP devices. You can't just wake up and start producing ventilators that's why I knew Innoson was saying rubbish. Retooling a factory to produce a completely different product, especially one for the medical industry, takes a couple months minimum. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by Melvyn11: 8:33pm On Apr 02, 2020 |
Eruditor: Actually, Telsa produced them. The car manufacturers are doing so in the US to help FG effort. Even MIT released a how-to video with their own invention for makeshift ventilators. He didn't. He said it in his interview that he bought them from China in bulk. Those companies are producing CPAP devices not ventilators. Only GM are producing ventilators because they partnered with a company that already produces ventilators. The goal of the partnership was to leverage GM's supply chain and manufacturing capacity. No other ones are doing so. |

Ibime: Why shouldn't they? It is up to US Govt to ban export of Ventilators, not for Elon Musk to stop producing.
UK banned export of Chloroquine, while India banned export of paracetamol. Trump should do the same for ventilators. Tesla doesn't produce ventilators. He bought them from an open auction market in China. |

hensben: Lampard didn’t flop for England, stop yarning dust. England is England that’s all. Modric is good no doubt so was Lampard and the rest, but as a high profile player the club you play for matters a lot if you want to be rated highly. Lampard was key player for Chelsea then so there is no way he will flop. Real Madrid mostly play his type of football, that is direct football no time for 1000 passes completed. Stop yarning dust and lampard was useless for England. |
