good day everyone thank God I finally find this thread so I am a Nigerian living in UK on student visa. I flew in to Nigeria to have my registry at the ikoyi registry with my American husband this year.. he filed for me and the application was submitted last week (3 months after marriage) does is matter that I had to leave UK to Nigeria for the marriage? also anyone knows the timeline from the UK or is it same as if I were living in Nigeria.. thanks everyone |
Hi gurus, A dependant application was submitted and biometrics done since Feb 21.. No info from UKVi and tracking says application with DMC till this minute only for me to wake up to a credit of the ihs fee into my dorm account. What could this mean please. I tracked the application again yet with DMC |
nairalanders, I have been down and crying since morning as my little sister whom I am a legal guardian to got her visa refused. The little girl is down. When I got a no straight forward email for her, I thought she will later get the visa and hence travel with my son so as to meet up with school deadline.. this morning I got a refusal letter for her. please help advise if you can, should I do administrative review? if yes, what are the steps. Already called my lawyer as asked why the legal papers couldn't be verified? as far as I know, everything is genuine, had several court sittings before guardianship was given. please advise as I am loosing it.. Also since I have traveled, how do I proceed with the AR in respect of taking her passport back if they eventually grant the visa? my whole world is crashing. please find attached reasons for refusal. reason I didn't mention her in my previous applications were because I hadn't applied for legal guardianship for her. a big mistake I made

giselle237:Thank you but I never mentioned I didn’t check google. What I saw is that 11 years below doesn’t need pre departure covid test hence I asked the question and besides isn’t this page to learn, share ideas and get help when needed? I was actually asking so as to know if anything one travelled with 8 years and didn’t do pre departure test. No one is an island of wisdom. We can’t know it all sir/ma Thank you |
Good evening everyone. So I decided to go with my kid that got visa and have the other join us when her visa is ready. Please is it compulsory for an 8 years old to do covid test before departure? Is day 2 and 8 test also for him? Lastly any recommendation for covid labs in the mainland that is affordable and fast too? |

May God perform miracles oo that wait can be killing. well once I get mine, I will buy tickets in faith. will just count like 17 working days from date of biometrics as travel date |
good afternoon house, please how long does it take for VAC to receive an application and then send collection mail? My application shows moved to VAC since very early this morning and till now, it hasn't been received by VAC neither have I received collection mail. Another question is, if the main applicant get visa does it mean the dependents (children alone) would get too? did priority for myself as main applicant and did standard for my kids. I am asking so as to buy tickets once my visa is out while I wait for theirs. thank you for prompt response |

good afternoon guys, I have posted here before and has been following the guild lines given A single mum of a 7 year old son and my 14yo sister lives with me.. our both parents are late.. from the advice I got from here, I already started the process of legal guardianship for her and started applying to schools.. (accelerated Msc adult/mental health nursing) I didn't do nursing at BSC level. I studied mass communication with a second class upper though I did auxiliary nursing for two yearsl and I have about 3 years of working experience in the health sector.. I first asked here the possibility of going to the UK with my son and sister since there is no one here to leave them for and I was advised here to do Legal guardianship for my sister which is underway.. as I logged on today, a question caught my attention.. someone asked if she could go with the child she had for another though she is now married to someone else.. some of the responses are what got me worried and prompted me to want to ask more on my own case.. I am a single mother.. never lived with the father of my child and never been married.. child is in my custody since birth but no bad blood between the both of us.. do I also need court documents for my son to go with me or a consent letter from the dad is enough? please your inputs are highly appreciated.. I have been refused UK tourist visa twice 2018 and 2019 N.B reason I am switching career is because I am now fully in the health line.. I run a Surrogacy agency at the moment and I want to study something health to enable me be fully involved in Fertility line.. |
Good evening everyone. Thanks to everyone making this platform great.. I want to apply for masters in the UK around September or November next year that is if there are schools that have November intake. I am a single mum to a 7 yrs old boy and I also have a sister of 15yrs staying with me for 3 years now (our parents are late). My son's father and I are in good terms hence if consent letter is needed he can be provide it my questions are, 1. Can I bring my son and sister as dependant kids with me to the UK? If yes, what documents do I need to provide. I am asking because I want to start preparing for everything on time. 2. I have a Bsc in Mass communication but trained as an auxiliary nurse. Is it possible to do Msc in health related course? I understand in the USA and Canada, there is what is called accelerated nursing but I don't know about the UK. I am trying to switch because I now run a Surrogacy agency and doing a health related course will be helpful for my business. 3, am I allowed to travel out of the UK during my Msc program? Like during breaks? I am asking because of my business 4, when is the best time to start the admission process.. please note that I don't intend to apply for Visa till at most a month to resumption because of POF issue. Your inputs will be greatly appreciated. |

snipesdam:call me 09022196272. If you need info on surrogacy/ivf feel free to call me. No family who desire a child should be deprived of it. |
surrogacy have come to stay. of you need advice on the way forward or you are in genuine need of a surrogate call me on 09022196272 |
osomegbe:eventhough there are no law regulating surrogacy in Nigeria, it doesn't make it illegal please. there is difference between something being ilegal and something not regulated. surrogacy have come to stay. it is not a taboo. and for those saying they haven't heard Nigerian families welcome children through surrogacy, I am sorry to say but you are still backward. I run a surrogacy agency and I partner with an ivf clinic and almost every month babies are added to our diaries through surrogacy. infact three days ago another baby was added to my diary through surrogacy. before you say anything, first check the meaning of surrogacy on google. gestational surrogacy is a life saver. it is no sin. if you still need the services of a surrogate then reach out to me. and yes sex selection is very possible with ivf if you can afford it. My agency doesn't just link surrogates but monitor the process from start to delivery. you can chat me up 08068877661 |
if you are interested in egg donation, sperm donation and surrogacy, kindly chat me up on 08068877661. |
Mean:. The statement is personal account and not a business account. can I write a cover letter and explain all of this or its of no use? |
thanks bitty for the reply. I have been running the business for long without registering it and to be eligible to attend the conference the business must be registered so I registered it to meet the requirements for attending the conference. anyways thanks for the prompt reply |
hello nairalanders. please kindly help me attend to this urgently because my appointment is 9am tomorrow. I applied online about 10 days ago and schedule my appointment for tomorrow 9am. I am going to conference in the UK on 16th on January and will return on 20th. I am married and have a son of 5 years old but traveling alone. I am self employed and formally registered my business and TIN last month because without it, I can't attend the conference. I got married legally last year though I have been with the father of my child for six years+ now the issue is, my son's birth certificate got lost along side other documents sometime ago and just collected another about three months ago. if I submit that birth certificate won't there be a problem? or do I submit a cover letter to explain that. also my passport covers my surname because I had it before I married legally. will that also be a problem. do I also submit hubby's Data page and that of my son eventhough I am not traveling with them. my account closing balance is 1.3m. and I am spending 600k because other than the conference, I will shop for my son as indicated on the form. the 600 includes both flight, hotel and shopping. please help a sister and if need be, what other documents do I need? I haven't traveled before except to Ghana once last year. |
goodday all. I just came across this now. if anyone is in need of a nanny to take to the UK and will pay at least the minimum wage over there, feel free to contact me. no disappointment or dishonesty or whatsoever. the fact that we have so many bad eggs in Nigeria doesn't mean everyone is like that. you can send a mail to bbme3168@gmail.com |
