Two peels. Neither's the 20% Salicylic acid peel, but I guess 15% ought to work. 20% pure Salicylic peel can be used twice a week on the skin; it's perfectly safe. Yours is combined with lactic acid (sour milk) so I don't know. I guess you'll follow the instructions that come with it on usage. Getting rid of acne's a simple thing. Don't use both peels at the same time because you think you'll get quicker results that way. Not so. Your skin needs time to heal and breathe between treatments; it's a delicate organ.

Use the salicylic peel first. The other one can be your weekly peel after the acne's gone. And don't be misled by the word 'acid'. Lactic acid is just sour milk, glycolic acid is got from sugarcane. I've never used AHA/BHA Chemical peel, but it should be all right. I use Glycolic acid or lactic acid peels once a week and vouch for those.

You can moisturise with Olay regenerist twice daily. Neutrogena products don't clog pores, but I don't know if there are additives in their cleanser. Just incorporate pure soap into your cleansing regime and the occasional cleansers shouldn't matter .

How on earth can these moisturisers leave your face with dark patches? I don't get that part. They're just excellent facial moisturisers, nothing more. They're what I use. If you're using Olay regenerist as a day cream, try Derma E Hyaluronic acid night creme. Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in healthy skin and foods that contain it are great for skin.

mitchyy: I've been using it for about a year and so far, nothing negative to say about it. No acne or blackheads on my face. I always get compliments. Got it for N3800 or so in Lagos.

Nashville: It does matter who puts food on the table, however, leadership in the home is not about who puts food on the table. I have seen women who are in their thirties pressuring guys for marriage even though the guy is not ready for marriage. Few years down the line these same women will begin to disrespect their husbands.

First lesson for the guys is, do not let anyone pressure you into marriage. The same girls that will say don't worry, God will provide will be the ones to insult and abuse you a few years down the line. So guys, if you are not sure you are ready dont do it.

Having said that, respect in the home should not be about who earns more. Even if the wife earns more it should not mean she should disrecpect her husband. As we have just read in the tale, the man may earn 10 times more in the future and in anycase you have said for better for worse.

I think the biggest problem is just our society and values system. The only thing we all care about is money and we take that into marriage. Most Nigerian women will rather marry a a man that will cheat and beat them as long as he is rich, than marry a God fearing not so rich man!

vivian chinaza: Yea, the cream is 4500, tho I get mine for 4800, the serum is 2300 and the shower cream is 1200. I use the one in a white container, I guess that's the "carrot." The ones in Ash and Brown containers go for 6k and the serum go for 4k, I guess.

JOXY: Kids can be funny at times. I had a similar experience a month ago.

My neighbour's children like it when I drive them into the compound whenever I get to the entrance of our gate. On this particular day, the same thing happened, they entered the car and when I drove in they came down to lock the gate, while they were doing that I did not notice that the younger one had entered the car again, I came down,locked the car and went to my apartment. About 5 mins the sister informed me that her younger brother was inside the car. I could not believe it because I did know when he entered the car again.

Thank God it was in the evening, what if it happened in the afternoon when his family would assume that he his playing outside.
