braine: This is usually the case with stars; they often forget those who pulled them up. Although this Antonio seems greedy.Dapo Oyebanjo= D'banj? |
Pero cuántas alegrías más me vas a dar?: =But many joys you give me? |
@ Gees, sorry u are 4th to comment. And am fifth! Sorry for u! |
Ada Nri1: Mr ibu is a farcical actor with little or no depth in performance while Osuofia on the other hand, has depth and shows more intelligence and talent not just by words, acts and costume, but also expressions from spontenaiety which can only be seen in a few gifted comediansThanks for ur literary registers! In addition, Ibu seems miss the touch b/w stupidity in real life and on set. Seen him a couple of times in Enugu and I am of the irresistible conclusion there're some traces of pure lunacy in him! Am sorry buh its true! |
I seem to get confused when Nigerians refer to the word "sigh" as being one or two different oral/nasal activities. I really am. The Merridien Webster refers to it as " sigh/sī/Verb: Emit a long, deep, audible breath expressing sadness, relief, or tiredness Noun:A long, deep, audible exhalation expressing sadness, relief, tiredness, or a similar feeling" But oftentimes Nigerians especially on NL refer to the traditional salivery sucking sound made by the lips, teeth and tongue as sighing I.e. the sound recently represented as " mtchew" on social fora. Some even refer to it as "hissing". However, I know the movies etc I'v watched tend to agree with the dictionary meaning above. Or do we have our own African pattern of sighing or even signing as some prefer to call it? It'd be appreciated if someone'd help to throw more light on this issue which I think most Nigerians esp. on NL have fallen into a painful albeit ignorant misaprehension of! |
This is like a game of chess Don't make it a mess I won't any less I'm married to a revered countess That'd give her blessing if u say yes Not comparable to the comfort @ O'Jess I.e.if u want to be a witness To such things like highness In d place I 1st met her as an actress And this piece, I hope y'all would bless!!! |
Jama’atu Ansasrul Muslimina fi Biladissudan Equals Germ /atoms answering muslims in Minna, for Bin Laden in Sudan. Dettol to the rescue! |
98 percent of persons that commented here appear to fall into the avoidable misapprehension of the Poster's (Highyo) position; he is simply quoting another person and matter of fact ends the piece by urging everyone to seek the face of Christ in all we do irrespective of whether the quoted material is true or not. That said, I fail to fathom all this 'hulabaloo' abt Op this, Op that! Even if he has a history of nonsensical postings on NL, that has no bearing with the topic at hand in which he/she is quoting another. Guys, pls remove urselvs from Nigerian ignorance and read in between the lines! That's my take |
Clueless guy |
The ol' fool again! Elechi, instead of thanking God for pulling you out of near extinction arising out of poverty, you are engaging in this vainglorious trip in tomfoolery! A phool @ 72 is a ***** forever! |
slyfoxxjoe: If u have paid attention over the years, here are a few more songs u might have noticed they stole as well: wahala dey - eminem without me, am I still that perfect man - craig david renzdevous, get bizzy - usher yeahThanks bro! A few more will suffice: Busy body was copied from sean paul's give me the light; last night copied from from Foxy Brown's oh baby (take u home); temptation copied from cassidy (take you to my room) and could go on and on and on! Give one PS song and I'd give u the original! They are copy cats! I don't mind being called a hater! |

Thankfully, the NCC has finally stopped empty N!
|
Honestly, I'v been thinking deeply: who is gonna ban NBL, Guinness plc etc from ripping us off with their promos the way NCC has leashed these telecom coys and their ads? I made half a million bucks (my 1st time) about this time last year and blew about 200k on shacks hoping to win a brand new Honda I-vtec but nver won one(forgive the pun) now they have started again. Pls who's duty as in which body regulates beer, soft drink ads in Nigeria? I nearly drank myself dead. Consciousness just set in.

Lets wait and see. Btw, i think the american prediction of Nigeria's breakup is real. All the same i will surely vote GEj. |

Police, mopol,Army, Anti-terrorism...... They were denied bail. Two lawyers; Sunday Okonkwo and Elochukwu Isaac appeared for them but the Magistrate Mr. Chukwu denied them bail cuz the matter was beyond his jurisdiction being punishable by death. They were remanded in Enugu prisons. Some of them were band members that came to play for them + a rev. Gentleman and two minors who were ordered to be detained at the New Haven police Station. The last photo is of them filing out of the premises. More photos exist but only 200 kb allowed.like I said. The court sat outside and I risked a lot to get these pictures with soldiers breathing down my damn neck!!!
