I only need 6.5 or 7

I got a mail a preliminary information that I have been granted conditional admission to the Dairy Science MSc program at Kiel University for the academic year 2020/21.
Admission is conditional on submission of a valid proof of the required English language proficiency

Can I use IELTS Overall band score of 6.0 as against 6.5 that's stipulated in the department's website?
Or should I apply for remarking

infrastructure, Chinese? At least they brought them here,

if we can't pay back and they take over them these things
would still be in use by Africans and improve quality of
life,
just like every private business.

African nations and continuously ridiculing everything we

The list is long. China hasnt done any of these yet,

Were we not here when Pastor Adeboye asked people to donate 1billion each? Were we not here when your GO in Abuja asked his members to Jump into the cleansing Pool for 50k? Are you not aware that your pastors sell mantle and olive oil? While your Pastors move around with Armed men, Odumeje is in the street mixing with street boys and girls, maybe thats why you call him a fake prophet. Oga Odumeje is a Pastor. He has been preaching since I was a kid here in Onitsha.
Odumeje lived in my street. He lived in a public yard just in my street and his mother was a well known Akara seller in my street. He had a small room in the same compound where he preached before he later blew and built a bigger Church @Fegge Onitsha still close to my street.
