My LMP was on 27/5/09 and since then i have been on progestrone injection even till date. Five days after the menses, i have been on Primolut N, clomid and LH dry table.  For the past three days now, i have been having severe cramps round my waist. 

The plan of my gyn is to inseminate me as soon as i release egg/s. Although, he has done this procedure severally but the pregnancy have been able to sustained.

Pls advise me, if the gyn is in order.  Also what is the cause of this severe cramps round my waist .

I have been doing insemination every month since after the miscarrage which was also through insemination last year October and none seems to click. Right now, i am on a crossroad, my LMP was 10th Feb. 2009 and upto now, it has not surfaced. I have done PT twice and the 2nd one was yesterday and result was negative. Also, i have done scan but was told that it is not very clear, there is a kind of thickened substance which looks like mense and pregnance and my Gyn said it is pregnancy because, if it is mense, the thickness would have scattered while pregnancy is always together. But my fear was that there was no cramps and my breast is normal apart from pains on my nipple. But since today 29/3/09, i have been feeling some cramps just below my abdomen.

I have not been meeting my hubby after the procedure.

Pls advise.

Vie, Pls don't take your sister to Havanna. You rather go to St. Nicholas or Life Gate at Retail Market, Ogba, Ikeja.  The owner of Life Gate was once working with Motayo Hospital, Ikeja as a Gyn. and all the time he was there, he never had any casualty in fibroid surgery.

Actually it was my Gyn. that instructed me to do the scan.

Just yesterday 11.11.2008 my period surfaced and the flow is heavy and ok. Pls what is the next step and
when should i expect my ovulation.

The first ultrasaound was on the 29.10.2008 and LMP was on 24.10.2008.
Then the second ultrasound was 8.10.2008.

Right now, my Gyn placed me on the following tablets: Primolut N, Glucophage 500mg, Pregnacare and Evening Prime Rose.

Just yesterday 15.10.08 (i.e 25 days after the miscarriage) i saw brownish stains even till now. Please Dr. can you tell me what it means and hope it does not pose any danger?

What is 'Pronite N' (spelling may not be correct) tablet and injection use for?  Is it good for me?

Thank you for your prompt response.  Actually, i did not do D & C after the miscarriage. My Doctor placed me on 5 days injection and ampiclox capsule respectively.

Immediately after the miscarriage, i did a pelvic scan which dictated that i have cysts.

So, i am a bit comfused. please advise.

Just 18 days ago (21/9/08), i lost a two months old pregnancy after six years of marriage without issue.

Two days ago (6/10/08), i saw a discharge like muccus around 9pm and have not seen it again.

Kindly advise me when i should be expecting my menses.

Also, does it mean that that discharge like muccus is my ovulation?

I am confused, although i have informed my doctor about it.
