my wife is 21 weeks pregnant now, we've been able to confirm we're having a boy. we are so excited, our baby weighs 501gramms, is that not too large for that period? if it is what do we do to maintain good weight.
she complains of side pains at times along the rib area,left side mostly, is that normal?
i also discovered that ever since my wife took in i've been having cough, i've gone to the hospital,taken drugs but its still there, no pains in the throat or chest, no headaches, someone says at times husbands suffer a form of discomfort,so to say with their wives,until delivery, though my wife doesn't cough, vomits or so, she only suffered nausea.
please what is your take on this?

no be say you don talk over an issue with someone with no end result and you dey give ultimatum. sometimes these leaders should check the meaning of words they use or actions they take before voicing it out.
just like the other day the information minister was saying this mutallab guy snicked into the country without intelligence report only later to find out the guy entered normally into his own country.
imagine a country that will have to wait for almost a day to take action just to be sure thier actions will not affect "some" people and you want a transparent and unbaised opinion. country where the leaders will have to wait for their speech writers to finish writing speeches for them to take the paper out to read to the people.
naija never ready abeg so make dem go sidon, na oil you don take threaten america say you no go supply dem, you no go check their storage capacity first before you make that attempt abi na dangote salt or sugar you no wan supply to dem again

my wife is 6 and half weeks pregnant, but she normally complains of pains on her left side, mostly when she lays down and feels dizzy when she stands up after sitting or lays down for some time,
what might be the cause of it, we did a scan to confirm the pregnancy and found a cyst (corpus luteum)appearing too, the doctor says its nothing that it will disappear after some weeks. hope all is well.

i have been married for 7 months now, we are ready to make a baby, we have tried for 4 months now, each time before her period about 4 to 5 days before, she normally feels slight headache, dizzy and frequently hungry, some signs of pregnency but has not yet missed a period. we calculate her ovulation days and we meet up with it. we've tried 2 days before, the day of ovulation and a day after but we've not yet gotten pregnant,
a week after ovulation we tried to make love but it was painful for her as she complains of a peppery sensation when i try to insert. what could be the issue, though we had this issue before and the doctor said it might be an infection and we were placed on drugs, she had one she had to insert for 6 days and another she took orally for 6 days too, so did i except for the one you insert. her next period is due for the 8th of aug. but we want to miss it, we want to celebrate it.
pls what can be the issue with the pain?

yes i can confirm hat this claim is true cos i lost #30,000 to them last 2 months.
i didn't even know what to do to that guy, i just cursed him from the bottom of my heart cos i wanted to use that money for something very urgent and important. i know that curse will surely catch up with him and when it does, i'll be there to watch as he cries.

i understand your fix, but my advice is stay with the bank(marketing) for now, you can still be searching for a better oil and gas offer, my reason is not far fetched, since the one you got is a one-man business, i don't trust that kind of business to take that kind of risk on, since you have a stable job at the bank, make use of that while you search for a more suitable place other than what you've been offered.
a friend of mine happen to get an offer from a so-called one-man business in an oil and gas firm too, he worked over-time, worked above his position but never compensated and sometimes delayed salary until he got another place.
so please my take will be to stay with your bank while you get another offer, even better offer.
N.B. if you must take a risk, take a calculated one!

i must say that this is the best tread i've ever viewed on nairaland. the contest for one, though the response at first wasn't it, but its well understood since guys were trying to be sure of the reality of it, the maturity of the those that posted their designs and the way they handled the critics, the critics too were matured in doing that positively and you see posters adjusting their designs accordingly, the selection of the winner too,well announced. i'm really impressed.
i wished the winner was given the opportunity to be at the opening of the outfit alongside the prize money.
hope another one will come up soon,since i was not able to catch this until now cos i enjoy creating designs too.

sorry about your situation, from reading, i wondered why you were trying to make her faithful to you, submissive to you and all that. those are characteristics of a wife material, but those things are not forced on any lady, you don't make them do that, they come as a result of love and mutual respect for each other. if she had respected you, she would have the sense of submission for you.
you wanted to marry her, marriage is more than love, it takes discipline to be married, with discipline comes submission and that kills any form of arguements, if at all there exist, it will be handled with maturity cos of the mutual respect you have for each other.
since she decided to have valentine with another guy rather than you even when she took delivery of the gift you sent inclusive of the ring, tells me she never want you atleast not for marriage, because no lady despite what she does outside a relationship she claims she cherish would see a ring from that person and not accept or consider.
so since this has happened, i think it was best that it happened when it did, painful as it may seem or feel, but it was the best.

i was on the road that day and spent all the rest of the day running around for my traditional wedding on the 27th. it was a memorable day though, was still able to see some old friends and spend some time with my inlaws( would-be inlaws, then) now dem be proper inlaws.
all-in-all it was a christmas to remember!

i travelled from zamfara to abuja to see her at work after her break i told her i was going back. she tried to convince me to stay but i refused. in front of her i took a car to be park only to tell the driver to take me back home,during this time i refused picking her calls too. i prepared a candle light dinner.
when she came back, she opened the door only to see the surprise. you can only imagine what she did to me!!!
