Hello House, Thanks for your advise. I have responded to Nova Scotia yesterday....waiting for their feedback. However, I included my previous employments....not even in my NOC. and all attempts to get reference from the 2 compnies have failed. i have visited their office, sent email with no response. How do i prove i coulnt get references from these companies. I was a contract staff in both companies. I have my Employment letters, termination letter in one of the company, bank statements and some pay slips. someone advised a swore an affidavit of my inability to get references. These employments were listed in my employment sections in my profile. how do i change that to my personal activities as advised. Thank you for your prompt advise. dupyshoo: |

After close to a year I applied to Nova Scotia Province, I just got a mail from them to confirm if I have not received nomination from any province. I have 10 working days to respond (20th June, 2016). I have an awaiting submission for Quebec this month (June 13th). What should I do now? Respond to Nova Scotia since I have not received any nomination? Can I run both programs that's if I get nominated by Quebec? I am hoping to use the provincial to boost my Express Entry score as I currently have less than 340 CRS. My IELTS expires in Sept, 2016 and my Express Entry profile expires in July 2016 since it is valid for 1 year, How do I create another one on my own as I am currently using an agent? I would appreciate any advise and feedback. Thanks a lot guys |

Phemmie72: Yes, you can still use your result as the spouse, but if She is the principal, then she has to re-take the test. This time make sure she use materials to practise well. 2 Likes |

happney65: To me, he is not yet a man that is ready to start a family, he already has one in his parents. If you forced him or had to tell him before he could leave his parents house....that tells it all. let him know he has to take a decision or you might make he have to choose.... |

deebee13: inlaws have started already on your case? well in as much as inlaws are important in marriage, the ball lies between you and your spouse. God now speaks to him about you, so let him pray and get the answer. as for me, my wife will resume first before i tell anybody about her status. Before long the will be telling you all your life moves as visions they saw. Ask your husband to take a decision and it should stay with two of you as decision making is only between couples...others will only know when you have taken your stand. My one kobo advise....take that job. |

molly14: To my best understanding as i have an experience with them....they only updated me that they have submitted my request and never got back to me again, their site to check my updates on how far my request for transcript was always not opening with bad error message. I went to get an insider to help me process it and sent to ICAS which now took over 6 months to produce my ECA. My conclusion is this, they are a fraud. They have still not contacted me ever since. please be wise! |

I finally got my electronic copy of my ECA from ICAS after almost 6 months. The report has been sent by courier to me.....Now i can make my application....So excited like i got my passsport pick up mail. Anyway, that the picture i see and i know it will come to pass very soon. By the way, I am thinking of applying to Nova Scotia but the number they are looking for is quite low about 350 slots. what are my chances and what do i stand to lose if i also apply to another province along with Nova Scotia? looking forward to frank advises. Thanks guys. |

AENY: i think you have an excellent profile except for your reading test with a score of 5.5 if thats what you got you might need to rewrite again. you need atleast 6.0 in all test to qualify under EE. my 1kobo advise. |

please have all the provincial applications out or filled already? are there others that come out mid year or so? just awaiting my ECA from ICAS is taking forever to come out before i can apply. i already have about 395 points as score. hoping to boost tjat with the provincial nomination option. working on my POF now due to difference in exchange rate. hope that will now affect my application cos of the "having the required fund in your account for 3 months clause" i have been hearing. please am i safe to apply within a month of making up the balance now? hoping that the naira will wake up soonest. |

Garykasparov: feel free to contest it, its just N15,000. i did the same with my writing test, where i was scored 5.5 but after the remark, i was scored 6.5. so if you feel you should have a better score in your writing, you are the only one that knows how well you wrote, go ahead and contest it. it takes two months though to get a report. my thought also. |

I don't know what to do now, i need advise please. i wanted to write to the registrar and rubbish them but someone is advising me not to. what do you think House? this is my only requirement needed before i submit. my plans to submit at the end of Nov looks slim now no thanks to Uniben. i need urgent advise please. |

After 2 months of applying for remarking of my writing test i did in July. British council sent me a mail that it has been processed. i went to their office to pick up my result and from the previous 5.5 i was given, it was upgraded to 6.5. meanwhile that was the reason i had to retake the test because i scored above the recommended 6.0 on others. they never told me it would take two months until i had paid. so i just decided to write again to save time, and made a band total of 7.0. imagine if they had marked it correctly, i wouldn't have paid for another test because i was sure of what i wrote atleast to score above 6.0 in the writting test. i just feel it could be intentional to make people take the test more than once, thereby increasing revenue. |
