Nigerians are not registering it because of the process and its too complicated. Nigerian don’t like stress history have shown and most time do things last minute when the whole thing is about to expire. Like bvn,nin,voters card etc. the police need to learn. The reason mobile monie is now popular is because every one can register easily. There are AI and software that recognize face, finger prints even voice.
