I don't see the overthinking in this game though. Maybe Sancho should have started instead of Garnacho but it's easily understandable why the later started today.

Gernacho was struggling with their captain. It was obvious. If the game had lasted 40days and 40nights, he would still have struggled against him. Our left wing was being wasted when Rashford who has been scoring could have been deployed there. Entire 45mins wasted.

Half-time came, I would expect him to bring in Sancho straight away and not send Gernacho to the right. Soccer is for 90mins. Time wasted would cost you eventually.

Rashford who is our in-form striker is being wasted by the left to accommodate Gernacho.

Only the defenders tried, as far as I'm concerned but the pressure was too much. We all kind of knew that it was just a matter of time.

ETH will learn from it. We must not forget he has only been here for about 6months.

He needs help with transfers but this was on him. The players were very very lost on the pitch and needed help from the bench but he offered none.

We are so thin in midfield and thin on the bench.

I am thinking Gernacho should come in for Anthony, while Rashford goes to the right or bring in Fred for Bruno to go to the right.... Unfortunately that will also affect us in a way

Wehghost was pinning palace back. He came off and crystal palace came out against us.

I mentioned this earlier. We were so direct when he was on and he was able to pin back their CBs. Removing him took away from our game and we started to soak pressure and play on counter. It could have worked on another day, but certainly not tonight
