Your story is common and similar but what you have to know is that your goals are different, she has her own plan which is to secure her future as fast as possible or compete with her friends but you need to be careful because she's desperate and can go any length. You have to go back to what you should have done from the beginning, define the purpose of your marriage and if you have to involve your parents or people both of you respect. Trust me you can never change who she is.

SOLAS Convention

The International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS) is an international maritime treaty which requires Signatory flag states to ensure that ships flagged by them comply with minimum safety standards in construction, equipment and operation. The current version of the SOLAS Convention is the 1974 version, known as SOLAS 1974, which came into force on 25 May 1980. As at March 2016, SOLAS 1974 has 162 contracting States, which flag about 99% of merchant ships around the world in terms of gross tonnage. The SOLAS Convention in its successive forms is generally regarded as the most important of all international treaties concerning the safety of merchant ships. The up-to-date list of amendments to SOLAS is maintained by the IMO. Previous amendments were made in May 2011. In 2015, another later amendment is the SOLAS Container Weight Verification Regulation VI/2.
This regulation, implemented by the IMO Maritime Safety Committee (MSC) requires that the full weight of loaded containers must be obtained prior to being on boarded on an ocean vessel. Communicating a weight value has called for the introduction of a new Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) communication protocol called VGM (Verified Gross Mass) or VERMAS (Verification of Mass), and involves cooperation between ocean carriers, Freight Forwarders/NVOCCs, EDI providers as well as exporters. The regulation states that exporters (shippers) are ultimately responsible to obtain a verified container weight. Originally scheduled for implementation on July 1, 2016, the regulation allows for flexibility and practical refinement according to the Maritime Safety Committee Memorandum to October 1, 2016 under certain conditions.

Implementation in Nigeria
The process kicked off in Nigeria 1st July, 2016 and compliance level has been encouraging although not without the usual teething errors witnessed during implementation of any new policy. Exports leaving any country must have a Verified Gross Mass (VGM) which should either be presented by shippers (exporters) to shipping line which ensures same is sent to the terminal of loading via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) before the export container gets to the terminal and if this is not possible the Verified Gross Mass (VGM) should be written on the export entry permit presented at the terminal gates and updated by the terminal for a fee.
It has also been confirmed that some terminals can carry out weighing services for shippers that don’t have weighing facilities and charge stipulated amount for these services. It is not wise to advise a false Verified Gross Mass (VGM) as all advised Verified Gross Mass (VGM) are subject to confirmation and when it is below or exceeds the accepted tolerance level stipulated by the terminal it only increases the amount of charges incurred. Though it is widely believed that the South African housemate, Angelo, had sex with the Nigerian housemate, Beverly, in the ongoing Big Brother Africareality show, the dreadlocked guy has denied it. He said they were ‘just kissing’.
Speaking to Saturday Beats on the phone earlier in the week, after being evicted from the show, Angelo said, “We didn’t have sex. We talked about it. There were some things I said I wasn’t going to do in the house. I respect my mum so much. Before I got into the house, there were things I told my mummy I wasn’t going to do. I wasn’t butt naked. It looked as if we were having sex in that bathtub. We were just kissing. I couldn’t take advantage of Beverly because I respect her so much.”
Respect is not the only thing Angelo has for the Nigerian lady. Angelo also confirmed that he is in love with her and intends to pursue the relationship.
“We will try and work things out and see how we can make our relationship work. At the same time, I hope the people of Nigeria don’t hate Bev. I would love to come to Nigeria and experience Nigerian culture and take lots of pepper,” he said.

Now that he is out of the house, so many people feel the South African will go back to the girlfriend he left behind before BBA. But he said he wasn’t in any relationship before he got into the show.
“I didn’t have a girlfriend before I got into the house, but I had someone I told to wait for me so that we would see what would happen when I get out of the house. I will be focused on what I want to do as a person and then focus on my relationship with Bev and see where we will take it to,” he said.
No matter his feelings for Beverly though, Angelo said he hopes Melvin, the other Nigerian housemate, comes out tops in the show.
“Melvin is very humble and he is not a selfish person. I wish he wins. I think he is a stronger competition than Beverly,” he said.

All these ideas so far sound wonderful and can be reviewed as we tag along, the point i wish to make is that items should be listed and prospective clients or members will send in their request before purchases are made for them. We also need to involve some big time importers as mentors and some other sincere partners in diaspora whom will buy and ship these items to us or buy directly from confirm sellers abroad. The bigger task ahead is how to make people trust us with their money. I am good in the area of clearing and forwarding and willing to play a part too. We should also be thinking of incorporating the business and getting a lawyer to handle legal aspect as claims can't be ruled out in business of this nature.
