Sincerely, it is a welcome development. No doubt, human development is the best a state/country can give its' citizen. So long the beneficiary can give back to the state what they learnt in the internship program.

But, I doubt if this opportunity was given to those who can't afford it themselves. I can bet with anything that this opportunity was given to rapacious government officials whose kids are studying in different institution of the state.

Once again I say, Okorocha, more power to your elbow. I must let him know, 10,000 genuine jobs given to Imolites during the previous administration is marred by avaricious officials since he assumed office.

Firstly, Every intelligent Nigerian would want to know the Criteria for this selection. A lot of these students are on their I.T already since 2 months ago while others are at home on holidays. How did they select without any sign or notice in any of the school.
Secondly, Those of them in FUTO are still on Holidays, same to Alvan and IMSU, who are they deceiving after all? International exchange of students has been in existence for years, and was never being sponsored by a state governement, why must Okorocha? This is a misguided and misplaced priority. A lot of schools (both secondary and tertiary) in Imo state are dilapidated, no practical/science equipment. He should have done something to renovate these schools than invest (sorry waste) $7,000 USD each on the chosen ([size=18pt]I.M-selected[/size]) students to go and flex [/b]in US.

[b]I said it times without number that the embattled ex-governor is by far better than Rochas, even if he is to looth, he plans it, but Rochas behaves more like a fellow under oppression.

He should leanr the qualities of a good leader, it is different from self glorification as Apostle of free Education.

Facebook is rather for matured men than children. There are quiet a lot you can do with facebook. Honestly you have been missing a lot if you don't use facebook. It's not all about relationships, some people still find love and maintain relationships via facebook.  There are cases where one travels abroad leaving friends behind, facebook remain the easiest way to still keep in touch. Everyone doesn't use skype, yahoo messenger is no longer that rampant, not everybody uses BB (some use it but no BIS). I still respect facebook, it has influenced my life. My first undergraduate scholarship wouldn't have come if i don't use facebook. It's a very nice medium to share ideas and information with friends.

There are quiet an uncountable number of things you can do with facebook.
Note: An oversea scholarship can be yours, keep applying, it cost nothing to submit application.

Produce a documentary video about your site (Your Scholarship Service) and upload it to YouTube. From what I heard, the conversion rate for google adwords is better. But I think facebook is more economical. The PPC is really cheap compared to adwords. Plus the competition is not much.

My website is not Nigerian, and my target is larger. I am considering adwords, but on a second thought i don't know where to start. Nigeria, Angola, Senegal, Ethiopia,, ,Zambia, Zimbabwe! Even half a milion naira wouldn't do that for me. So i think SEO is the best option. I wish i can be clarified on this White and Black thing.

Of course, it's because of fund that you see people running away from paid advert. To make matters worse, there are companies that have huge budgets for advertisement. How do you compete with such companies. That's why SEO is popular because it doesn't matter whether your bank account is fat or slim. It's more about having the know-how and patience.

To get the service of an SEO company, just search on google, you'll find loads of them. But i'll suggest you go to warriorforrum. There, you'll find cheap SEO plans from SEO experts. Just pray they don't use your website to spam.

SEO is free if you're doing it yourself. But if you're paying an SEO expert, then that's a different ball game. But either way, i don't think it can be more expensive when compared to paid advertising considering the fact that it helps on the long term.

About SEO being effective? Millions of internet users use Google search to find stuff. So, you can imagine the number of potential client you get top visit your website if you have it somewhere at the top of google.

Yeah you are right when it comes to long term benefits, but advert also have same effect, or even more. When you target adverts well, you gain the visitors, and if they like your services (website) they keep going there. The only problem though is the funds (cost). But what does it take to get the services of an SEO expert (in quote).
