Hello everyone, I will need your help in helping to analyse what quantity of materials I will need to build a twins flat of 3 bedrooms of the size in the file below in terms of quantity of blocks, cement, sand, rods (12mm), rings, binding wire, granite I will need to do my foundation about 3-4 coaches, german floor 4 inch thickness, and the superstructure from german floor to level (2 blocks after). The structure will have 15 pillars. what about labor for welder, carpenter, and mason? The site is in Ibadan, soil strong and land, table flat. Thank you for helping with your expertise.

i want to do a concrete tank stand with 4 pillars of 12ft each, will have a 7ft x 7ft slab with 6 inches thickness atop. The slab will be able to fit a 3000 litre Geepee tank. Below the stand, blocks will be used to create a generator house. Please help me scrutinize the quote that I got below. Hello bro. I got the quote below for wiring my 4 bedroom bungalow of size 64ft x 35ft. 1 master bdrm, 3 normal rooms, 1 parlour, 1 dining, 1 washer rm, 2 stores,1 kitchen, 5 toilets. I want to do connection for 5 ACs, 5 water heaters, DSTV, Internet, CCTV, phone, speaker etc. the wires are below. Is the quote reasonable? 7 coils of 1.5 Red, 6 coils of 1.5 black, 3 coils of 1.5 yellow, 3 coils of 2.5 red, 3 coils of 2.5 black, 1 coil of 4mm red, 1 coil of 4mm black, half (1/2) coil of 16mm red. Then 4 coils of DSTV cable, 4 coils of telephone wire, and 2 coils of flexible wire. The total nos of coils is 34 and half(1/2) coils. Is that reasonable? |

the unit price of each cable is not an issue here because i will get the wires myself but i am not sure of quantity of the wires needed. the bungalow size is 64ft x 35ft, has 4 moderately sized rooms, a living room, a dining, 5 washrooms, 2 stores, a washer room, a kitchen and 2 porches. I will be installing DSTV connections, CCTV, wired speaker system, telephone, internet. Based on the info above, how many cables will i need reasonably in terms of 1.5mm, 2.5mm, 4mm, 16mm assuming they are single core, what about flexible wire, DSTV wire, telephone wire?
