Greetings! DPM was applied to the DPC while preparing the German flooring. We used polyethylene sheets and laid them across before concrete was applied.

LondonCool, guess I dint see the DPM clearly in the pics you uploaded earlier... Now seeing clearly in your new pics.. Guess it becos of it's black colour. We used to the blue colour DPM here in the north..

Good to see the work is on-going as planned.. May God give more strength to achive completion

I don't think there is the need to mention the President's name in this matter. This whole thing boils down to we lazy Nigerians. For you- the TSA is not in one bank, there are about two or three banks doing TSA for CAC. So if you meet long queue in UBA then go to Fidelity. To CAC, I do not think they should make life harsh for Nigerians. We have always paid to banks before the only difference is that we now have a TSA. I don't see any reason why the online platform should be down, when you get to payment option, you print your ref number, go to pay and return with the payment ref number to continue online. It looks easy except that we want to make everything hard.

My brother, you have just said my mind.. Don't see a reason why the online payment platform be stoped by CAC.. Wish CAC can make use of your idea on the ref number use to make payment.. Sure they are working on it.. Called a CAC staff I know works with their ICT department in Abuja( head office) .. Told me they are working on a plan to make online payment an option and even FIRS stamp duty to be done online...
Wish Nigeria can advance like the UK that you can register a company within 24 hours..

My Brother Chibuking1, Buhari don baharize CAC now o... Things we do straight now have become arc and even semicircle now with this introduction of TSA...

Payments to CAC which was done direct have now become you queuing up in a bank.. Bring the teller to CAC, you now have tobgo and come back for the verification and receipt of payment...

So no be we agents o... Na our PMB buharize o...

First stage is application of Proposed Company Name Search which is 500 naira in CAC website.. I charge 3000 to do this..

Second stage is to wait for 2 days to get result of the search. The result will be successful if the name Av not been used by anyone before.. If it has been used by someone else before, u Av to repeat stage one again which will be charge 1000 naira..

Third stage which is filing can be proceeded to if name search in stage one is successful... Note : CAC will only give 60days grace to conclude filing process after successful name search, else the result is retrieved... Filling cost 21k in CAC website with all necessary Certified True copy documents needed when opening a corporate bank account for the proposed company. But I charge 35k for all including profit..

Fourth stage is the stamp duty with FIRS and court oath stamping which cost 15,000 with lawyers accreditation numbers necessary... I charge 27,000 for this including profit and transport logistics...

In all the above stages, 65,000 will complete the registration...

Lastly, Delivery of the Certificate of Incorporation and other necessary document to any address in Nigeria will cost 5,000 using DHL...

N70,000.00 for all...

This is to inform my clients that the online CAC registration has been stoped in CAC website portal due to the single treasury account policy just introduced by the Federal Government.....

All registration have now gone back to manual as it will be requested we go pay in the bank the name search, filling and stamp duty fee ourselves.....


Due to the above new policy, New registration of LLC will now be 70k including delivery..
This is as a result manual movements, buying of set of forms and sending of documents manually... Duration too is now 2 weeks...

Registration of LLC. Still ongoing for just 55k..

Taking a choice in this situation is very difficult.. I am a civil engineer also and work with a Federal tertiary institution in there Works and Maintenance service department.let me highlight the good and the bad for you...

1, As a non-academic staff in a tertiary institution, you are already a second class staff in the institution, for example, if academic staffs are going on foreign trainings, you as a non-academic will be restricted to only local training..

2, the salary structure even as a non academic staff in a tertiary institution is better than ministry of works where u are..

3, looking at a possibility of getting to the level of a director in the ministry and the money it will later carry in the office is far better than any Head of works in a tertiary university...

4, Ministry of works deals with majorly highway/ roads, which is just a branch of civil engineering, though have high contract sum. But in works department, you will be engaged in all area of civil engineering which include road rehabilitation.

5, working in a university environment will make you advance your study which the other will not..

In all, if I were you, I will stick to my present job which I am a first class citizen, Than any second class citizen of any federal university...

Call them between the hours of 9am and 4pm... And ask that you want to authenticate a company, u will be asked the company name and rc number..

NB: Be nice, polite and friendly, as CAC staffs get pissed off often with no one checking on there interactions to customers.. Hope the above help... Leave a comment if u are the one..
