Contacted Micgray100 few weeks ago to register a LLC and was really impressed with his level of professionalism. Aside feeding me with necessary informations and updates, he was able to get my certificate out in 6 working days(14th - 21th). It was delivered after another 3 working days(delay caused by the courier company EMS). Will surely recommend him any day! Attached is my cert with my username at the top for doubters.

Thanks for the complement and inquires..
1, Registering Business name is quite easy as you only deal with CAC during the registration.. And also pay a token of 3k yearly as annual dues to CAC.. U don't Av business with FIRS for business name..

2, Registering LLC involves both CAC and FIRS.. You make payments to both institution during the registration.. And also pay a token of 4k yearly as annual dues to CAC... Your tax to FIRS is done and prepared by your company chartered accountant which get a figure of profit after tax and calculate what u expected to remit to FIRS.. Which result to FIRS issuing you tax clearance..
Note... The amount don't normally pass 15k to 20k.after all formalities... All is just paper work..

Is it still possible to go ahead and continue the registration process? Because the names were resubmitted and CAC said the name is a name of an existing company.

You mean proposed company name that was approved, but filling was not done within the 60 days grace period given by CAC... The solution is simple... It is called "Revalidation"..

Revalidation is the same process as new name search, just that you have to attached the expired approval note to the new proposed form..

Note: This is usually done manually at CAC office..

YOUR IT INSTITUTE CAN ALSO BE REGISTERED ANYTIME YOU ARE READY.. BUT IT WILL BE UNDER NGO..LIKE SCHOOLS, CHURCH.. IT WILL COST YOU ALMOST 150K COS IT INVOLVE 2 PUBLIC PUBLICATION ON NATIONAL DAILIES AND ONE PUBLICATION IN LOCAL.. THE PROCESS IS QUITE DIFFERENT AS IT TAKES MORE THAN 2 MONTHS TO GET NGO REGISTERED HERE..

Requirements is not much..

1, All that is needed is for the registered secretary or First director or agent like me to do what is called post incorporation on the already registered company..

2, Payment, Payment , Payment.. This is where CAC will patiently wait for you to come clarify... Annual returns for 25 years is 4k times 25 equal 100k.. Also there are some penalties for not filling annual returns on time.. All will be calculated which I believe may be up to 200k.. CAC will confirm that..

3, lastly, adding of your new IT relevant feild to the company.. This Is done on the memart/ memo.. It will be added as an additional object with the previous memart prepared when the earlier registration was done 25 years ago ... And another memart will be given to you... This will cost u just 20k..

Bro you can do the maths addition above yourself... We talking of almost 320k or more

My Honest advice... Register a new LLC company with just 70k with all the new IT relevant fields and clearing and forwarding objects included... It will safe u the stress..

I will advise you to enroll for your masters in a good university, pay your first year tuition fee...150k.. Hostel accommodation 30k... Then start of any student environment business like business center, any form of buying and selling food stuffs , grade cloths, shoes... Use undergraduates for your sale when u stable.. For me.. I prefer business center,,,
