First stage is application of Proposed Company Name Search which is 500 naira in CAC website.. I charge 1500 to do this..

Second stage is to wait for 2 days to get result of the search. The result will be successful if the name Av not been used by anyone before.. If it has been used by someone else before, u Av to repeat stage one again which will be charge 1000 naira..

Third stage which is filing can be proceeded to if name search in stage one is successful... Note : CAC will only give 60days grace to conclude filing process after successful name search, else the result is retrieved... Filling cost 21k in CAC website with all necessary Certified True copy documents needed when opening a corporate bank account for the proposed company. But I charge 30k for all including profit..

Fourth stage is the stamp duty with FIRS and court oath stamping which cost 15,000 with lawyers accreditation numbers necessary... I charge 18,500 for this including profit and transport logistics...

In all the above stages, 50,000 will complete the registration...

Lastly, Delivery of the Certificate of Incorporation and other necessary document to any address in Nigeria will cost 5,000 using DHL...

N55,000.00 for all...

After incorporation of company with CAC, you can open a Corporate Account in any commercial bank in Nigeria with the documents.. (GTBank is easy).

Get your necessary company letter headed, complimentary card and receipt booklet.

Tin Number is free from any FIRS office in Nigeria close to your registered Company address...

Tax clearance will be given as soon as you start business...

I just want to share my experience with quickteller.com ,at 10.20pm i just pick western union online and within a sec they credit my account without any stress ,To pick western union you dont need to go to bank again,but the receivers name must tally with the one you use to open your account ,all you need to do -- go to quickteller.com ,click on fund transfer ,you will see western union click it and type all the detail about the transaction and within a secs you will have the money in your account.

Pls bros, what about moneygram? Can it be cash online to my GTBank acct?... Or what can I do?

ArabianPrince, the 70k paid to me by 2 friends is for Name search and Filing fee for 2 different Liability companies incorporation...35k each.. All documents was sent to them including receipts of payments.. They went ahead and do their stamp duty in Lagos which took them Two months...

55k is for a complete package if I am doing everytin here in the North. These consist of Name Search, Filing, Stamp duty and delivery to any address in Nigeria......

Dieumerci, On the issue of doubling for both Onakomaya and Micgray100, if u read the thread well, you will find where I said, Onakomaya was ban by Nairaland Moderator due to Advertisement of his trade on different trends on Nairaland.. And he couldn't respond..

I choose to mediate with Arbitrage differently as micgray100 so he could admit to his errors in the previous trend.. That was where he agreed we had quarrel and decided to help him after we settled our grievances.... Thanks for your input bro... Maybe the annual return for business name is not as strict like LLC or NGO... Couple with the fact that business name continue to remain active during business even without filing annual returns unlike LLC which is a requirement to gain any contract in any arm of govt. ...

Yes u can make out the sizes avaragely to an extent... By physically counting the blocks set.. We all knw a block is 450mm lenght, and would be shocked in both ends by mortal to estimate 50mm.. Meaning 10 arranged blocks could be assumed averagely to be 5 meters... My assumption is based on my day to day working experience...

My only problem with the design is use of space of the sitting room...

Just my opinion..

Change your type of sharp sand brought to site...
You should have introduced column in some critical part like the edges for rigidity and avoidance of cracks...
Make sure your lintel concrete mix is very rich.
Make sure you span the lintel all along the block wall and chain them well..
Lastly, it seems u didnt do DPC.. I see danger of water seepage along the walls in future. The only solution now is to stop the block work now and pour rich concrete inside the hollow blocks... U can also correct the bad arrangement of block shown to you above buy pouring rich concrete inside the block wall from top...

It is obvious your dad didnt use the right proffesionsls for your job...
