Due to popular demand, I will be joining the blackberry craze soon. Since I returned home, anybody I see and after exchanging pleasantries, the next thing I hear is " what is your PIN?" so I think I should get one now. Good people, I am seeking your advice on which blackberry phone to buy. Things to consider are battery life, durability and of course looks and it doesn't have to be so expensive. Thanks! |
walesbiz: Importation business has really become simple and profiting these days.Just curious, how do you receive your goods then, delivered by angels?? ![]() |
I hate to comment on such things but this is outright stupidity. So the idiots who erected the billboard think he is greater than the Pope? I am not a Catholic but saying if "he were a pope, they wouldn't have been here today" is degrading and an insult to the highest office in the Catholic sect. |
kchaste: Maketing through a2w. Haulage or farming. 08054171994. Kmichaelwills@gmail.comThanks |

Afrilogistics: Since you want a long-lasting biz, partner with me to start a transport/haulage and logistics business in Nigeria. I have access to good trucks and busses in Europe. You can put in about N1.5m to start. Thanks for your response. |
godritage@:I really don't know much about that area but I will call you to know more. thanks |
Thanks! I will call you asap. That one is way too high, my budget is 300-400K max and that's why I said a very big shoplike warehouse can be an alternative. |
Please I need a mini-warehouse or a big shop of at least 50sqm in a good location. Places like lagos-ibadan expressway, Ogudu etc will be ideal. Anyone who has what I want should let me know here and then I can contact you for a follow-up. Just let me know where you have it. Only serious-minded agents/realtors need respond. If you are looking for 1k mobilization pls, do not bother to send anything cos I know you have nothing. Thanks |

Vicjustice: Basically, you wouldn't need the English language to survive in a Scandinavian county because, English is widely understood by almost everyone, I've never seen a Swedish person who is not fluent in English language1001 of them and those who can speak are shy to speak it. The first question a "typical" Swede would ask you is "kan du prata Svenska?" meaning can you speak Swedish?, if you say no then you observe that he/she starts withdrawing from you gradually. Having said that, most of them can express themselves very well in English. @OP, if you plan settling down in Sweden and you do not intend to throw papers (or reklam) in the xtreme weather conditions in the night/mornings for the rest of your stay, please I beg you in the name of God, go enroll at the nearest SFI and dedicate your time and energy to it. But again, speaking the best Swedish doesn't guarantee you anything reasonable in Sweden as it's one ethnocentric Country (don't know a better word to have used) as in the case of a popular fluent Swedish- Spoken,Sweden-born Ghanaian who left Sweden for the States, but it prepares you for an opportunity when it comes knocking. If you are into Engineering/IT/Embedded Systems etc and good at it, you stand a better chance and if you find an opportunity in Ericsson, Bombardier, ABB and co, Swedish language may not be a hindrance. Btw, enjoy your blondie, I hope say no be fat one u carry oh cheers mate! |
Thank you olas2u. I didn't see your email on your profile, please let me have it or you can send it to.... . I appreciate! @ all, I am really surprised no one has advised importation, does it mean we are getting self-sufficient? , any good importation biz? Thanks |
Thanks all! |
obalola7: If you are interested, i could link you to real farmers and you can talk to them, ask question visit their farm before making any informed decisionThanks a lot, I will sure do u a mail. olas2u: let us get to know your experiences afterA lot on my table at present. While mistakes aid growth, I don't want to make a very costly one, so I am still analyzing all advice. Will definitely let you know once things get started newdawn09: U can market ds solar lamp in my signature and a laptop that has more than 8 hours of battery life. Just check my site in my signature.I didn't see anything in your signature. Vismat: why not go into distributorship as u've had d thought initially. It will pay u more and will also keep the business moving. Go to companies like lacasera for enquiries.I am really considering that, but still open to better businesses more over, I don't think the amount I have can get me distributorship deals for more than 1 product since I will also need to pay for a (mini)warehouse from it, what do you think? oladipo500: My brother I will suggest fuel haulage just with one or two trucks you are guaranteed costant daily flow of profit.you can contact me for more info.08083875144Thanks but can i actually start the biz with the said sum? I will have to buy a truck right? Thanks all! |
thanks a lot @obalola7, that was insightful. Unfortunately, I live in Lagos ( actually just got back). I wouldn't mind going into agriculture/farming but I don't know much about it. I will go through the sites provided, thanks. @ others, thanks for your input. Thanks |

Ok, I will do you a mail. |
laberry101: Hey man thanks for this ad or inquiry as it would be like, to tell you the truth most of all these ideas you are getting are pretty cool, what would you say if I told you that I have a business idea that is without risk, no CAC registration required, no printing of office documents, all excise duties are incurred by the company and all you have to do is invest, and by the end of the year you will be having over N30Million to that which you have started the business with? Cool right or would u say too good to be true , let's talkThank you sir! In as much as I would have loved to say "cool", I would rather say it's "too good to be true". Why not, let's talk, shoot me your contact details. |
Interiorworldng: I have large quantity of mens vest for sale. I can give you at good price. And also car batteries too. Which you can sell at retail and make over 1000+ naira on each. Thanks, that sounds nice but I need a continuity not a one-off business. Is this your line of business or you do them as they come? Drop you contacts, we can discuss further. Delafruita: you have said it all.investing in real estate is a sure profit.some are long term, others are medium term but in a business like estate development, you can never go wrong so long as you take the right steps and dont cut corners Crosbe: Hey guys,Thanks gentlemen, I really appreciate but the amount may not get me into real estate and I the omo nile/fraudulent problems in Lagos is a big headache. I have been a victim in the past and it was through a so-called "respected" member of NL. I will go into that in the future though. olas2u: Fast moving consumer goodsThank you Sir, I am really thinking about that too. Do you have some links for distributorship? |
Nice and interesting post. I have always been interested in this line of business but all the points you mentioned scared me too. Now the question is, how can someone in Nigeria (non-US based) invest through someone he/she has not seen nor had business meetings with in the past? You know what I mean, the issue of trust et al. |
Thanks but this is not the kind of investment I am looking for, thanks for sharing all the same. Cheers! |
Thanks good people, I will be contacting some of you shortly. I am still open to more ideas/advice. |
I am surprised at some comments here. Who among you is happy with the situation of the Country? We have a man who has become the fearless voice of the masses and then you guys are condemning him just like GEJ's "recently acquired dog", Dr. Okupe. |
Interesting thread, I don't mind using this method too to buy my car. What of defaults, what happens? What method do you use, is it LC? |
busmagnate: I'm into cement distribution and sugar exportingNice! Thank you very much, I will get in touch with you asap. |
