I think you're confused. Come out and state what you're hitting at. I don't see anything wrong in those verses regarding everything I've said here. Your question does not look logical to me.

We're you not the dead are inactive and unconscious in the grave? I told you that the grave is not the final abide of the Spirit and soul of man. They don't even go there. Only the body does. The spirit and soul return to the spirit realm where God assigns them - heaven, Hades or wherever within the realms of the Spirit.

In Ecclesiastics 12:7 and Psalms 146:4, is there any mention of the soul leaving the body at death?
Is there any mention of the spirit going to hades?

In John 3:13, Jesus is saying no one on has gone to and fro heaven but He is the Only one who has both descended and ascended. He was talking about physical people and making them know they do not have the ability to physically go to heaven and return with a message for earth. But He has descended from there with a message from heaven and would ascend back there once done. People like Elijah and probably Enoch have ascended but they never descended with a message from heaven. Jesus was not talking about dead people in that statement.

Did Jesus say no man 'has gone to and fro' or that no man has ascended into heaven?

The bible clearly shows that dead people remain in the grave before resurrection. In Ecclesiastes 12:7, the spirit that returns to God is the breath of life as shown in Psalms 146:4. That is the breath of life that was Given to Adam in Genesis 2:7. The breath of life or spirit came from God to Adam. Does that mean that Adam's spirit was living in heaven with God before being created as man on earth?

God did not create any relations between the dead and the living. Anyone who creates such a relationship is sinning. Is that not already clear?

So do you think that Samuel would communicate back to saul through a witch medium?

In the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, if Abraham was truly in heaven, how do you explain Jesus's word in John 3:13. When did Abraham get to heaven?

In the case of Samuel and saul, why did God forbid the isrealite from communicating with the dead if it was truly Samuel that was speaking? Tell us where Samuel was speaking from using the bible.

Human have spirits, souls and bodies. When the body dies, the spirit and soul is alive in the spirit realm. Hence you can refer to that individual as a soul and as a spirit.

In Hebrews 12:23, we are told that we fellowship with the Spirits of Just men made perfect. The word Made Perfect is talking about the men who have died. Infact the book calls them a cloud of witnesses who keep urging us on to our eternal rewards.

My God, it's all over the Bible. I have cited the Parable of Abraham, Lazarus and the rich man. I've cited the Book of Revelation where there were souls under the altar. I've cited Saul and Samuel. And there are several other scriptures which I cannot presently remover that makes us know that men turn to spirits when they die. Even Maxindhouse once said Jesus resurrected as a spirit before he was shown the scriptures that proves Jesus resurrected as a living body. It shows you guys know the truth but you want lies to prevail!

In the book of Revelation, is it the 'spirit' of people that were crying in hell or the 'souls' of martyrs that was crying under the altar?

Why was the rich man asking for water since he was not with his body in hades? Do spirits drink water?

In the case of saul and Samuel, does the Bible say that Samuel was speaking from hell? Why did God forbade the isrealites from trying to communicate with the dead in Deuteronomy 18:11 if conscious spirits of dead people actually exist?
