Go to the nearest 3star hotel in your area and ask them how much they budget for powering their generator. For my office alone I used to spend as much as 300k on fuel yearly until recently that it has drastically reduced. This to me is not an issue it should be applauded that some agencies are even getting less than N2m to fuel their generators nationwide.
