So Airtel called me this evening. They said they saw that I subscribed and wanted to ask about my experience.

I was ambivalent. They have been good in my location lately, but I didn't want to praise them because they may start misbehaving after that. Anyway, I told them the truth. I told the agent that their service in my location has significantly improved. I also told them about how abysmal the network becomes immediately I step out.

Finally, and more importantly, I warned them that any iota of reduction of quality service from them will prompt me to swiftly dump them for MTNN.

They thanked me and promised to keep improving. I interrupted when they asked me to not hesitate to call them if I witness any problems, by telling them that I won't call, I will just explore alternatives.

Here is hoping they keep their words as I kept mine by doing 3 months sub on sustained quality service.

they called me couple of days ago and asked why I no longer subscribe to their data. I told them how terrible my experience has been. They said they will come pick up their device, I told them to be fast about it
