Got this earphone Samsung buds 3(non pro) together with the Samsung Galaxy S26+ that I sold here about a month ago. As I couldn't use the Samsung (preferences) this one landed two weeks after selling the Samsung. I tried to use it with the Pixel I got but the ecosystem didn't match properly. I have tried to force it but I don't like it.

please this one is an exercise in futility. Most of these people are contract staff that know next to nothing about the services the company provides.

You can call 300 this morning and you mention ODU and the person at the other end doesn't know what you're talking about

Airtel ODU gives same upload as download. So you can get that and subscribe to the 100mbps plan. It's a much worse service than FibreX overall though.

not so sure about this one. MTN was offering people to sign up on the 45k plan and get 200mbps speed as a bonus. I don't know if they are still running it though

this but during the said timeframe, I didn't even use the router because it wasn't working. When you try to connect to the internet,it redirects me to their benobi page. An agent called me today and I asked him about my subscription and he says he doesn't know what is happening that I don't have any active subscription

How do you check if your MTN ODU plan is working and when it should expire. Last night, I jokingly tried to buy the ODU subscription and I got a response that I don't have enough money (ordinarily I am told I am not eligible).

Brought out my MTN ODU and plugged it in and it was working. I called the customer service to know what's up and they themselves are equally as clueless including the person who is supposedly the supervisor. I have done close to 200gb between yesterday night and this morning and it's still working although the speed is best at midnight.

I barely hit 30mbps during peak hours and it's very very frustrating though

Nnewi needs those roads more than Soludo that is building them. Ifeanyi uba isn't the only person affected. Innoson had about four properties that were affected, Ojukwu's house was affected, churches both Catholic and Anglican plus other denominations were affected.

They may be on different servers. Also, the sim cards have specific restrictions like data caps. Your sub on the normal Sim may also have caps.

Subs without caps on normal Sims give the highest speeds.

Likewise, specific Sims have specific problems which may stem from wrong registration or stuff like that.

I did the sub on a different Airtel sim card and it wasn't moving like the ODU

Ordinarily, I'm supposed to hit higher speeds

Sorry to hear that but you may need to go inter state. First test normal Airtel sub to ensure it works and then find a way to buy the sim or a full ODU.

As for MTNN, I have a sum total of zero experience with their ODU. You can check their main office in Calabar.

I don't really think that the Airtel ODU and the regular airtel data are on the same server or something.

Here's why I am saying that,if I subscribe to regular plan, I don't get the same speed I get with my ODU. I barely hit 15mbps on my phone (S22) with normal sim. But I do 50mbps consistently on the ODU.

A couple of days ago, my Airtel ODU was so bad. I was doing less than 1mbps download and 50mbps meanwhile I tested the network on a phone and it was working perfectly. This lasted for about two days and I had to chat them on Twitter which they responded almost immediately (unlike MTN) and told me they will fix it and they did.

Please, I'm not an expert so don't take my word as a rule. I'm just stating my personal experience with this Airtel

How do you people check your data usage? The Airtel app isn't correct. I have used over 47gb on my phone today without accounting for other devices connected to it but it's telling me that everything I have used for the month is less than 60gb

I know this will sound unbelievable but it's totally true.

I bought the MTN ODU on a certain Saturday and magically from that day I started getting 50Mbps on the Airtel ODU which was rarely stable.

After about a week+ out of frustration I sold the MTN ODU on a certain Sunday, after all the Airtel has been great so far, but guess what, on Monday the Airtel ODU is back to default poor reliance mode that made me want to switch in the first place 🤦🏾‍♂️
