After much bragging, the man is now at a very confused state. Tell me,why else will he sign a bill that puts maximum sanctions on Russia couple of months ago and now he's going back again to lift sanctions on Russia.

The funny thing is that the whole diesel expected from Russia is about 1% of the daily consumption for the world so it wouldn't make any difference. He keeps mentioning millions of gallons but simple maths will show you how insignificant that amount of diesel is in the global space.

imagine claims. You hack MTN as Snowden you be? Those were early days of MTN when they were dropping different services and some weren't properly tested. We got to use those tweaks not because we were ingenious but because MTN was being careless with service rollout.

I remember when you can tweak an IMEI of a mediatek device and you send code and get 2gb meant as welcome bonus for new devices. Now, such bonus is too refined and perfected that you can't get it outside the designated device. More also, android became more secure that tweaking it became more difficult.

Just recently, MTN rolled out their flyx bonus and ordinary devices got the bonus but they fixed it ASAP also.
