I'd suggest you go physically go ginger them

it's not really worth the stress and time to go to the office physically

emmyskies:
Omor 😯😯😯

After almost 2 months na today them fix my physical sim.

I have been calling customer but the service team always report that they have fixed it whereas it wasn't working for me.

I started calling and gingering the guy I bought if from for a refund. He sent my number to hq with others. Them don fix. Go physically to their office go threaten them

I get the number of head of department ODU for ikoyi. She no dey answer my calls again

Just putting it out here

morikee:
They don't want to fix it at all cus it's nothing technical that they can't fix

me and them are currently going back and forth on Twitter with NCC

emmyskies:
Why won't they activate for physical sim?

the physical sim version has issues with activation. I have been on it for the past four months

Friedyokes:
they still havent activated mine, they ask for imei and serial then tell me to wait 24 hours , its been close to 72 hours still nothing, is that same they did to you, or you did something different?

are you using the esim version or physical sim. If it's physical sim, forget about it,if it's esim,it will be fixed

NSEstudent:
They did sell one with external Sim to at least one person on this thread.

I bought it and it has been over four months now. It hasn't worked

Everything should not be about attacking the president. This is about comparing birth rates in Nigeria with Europe. You don't have to develop a heart attack anything you see a positive news attached to Tinubu's name. This is Saturday morning, warm eba, watch movies or football and find a girl to knack.

the truth however is that the op is the only person attaching Tinubu's name to it. Musk at no point meant that post as a celebration of Nigeria but a charge towards Europe to fix their population decline to avoid being run over by immigrants

The complete job

Just finished the construction of an 18ft tank stand.

Let's work this new month of August

Good morning and happy new month. Just a reminder that we're still your best place to handle all things welding and construction.

Done it for years without a hitch.

epoxide:
How did you do this?

it's very simple, ensure that they activate it for you at the point of purchase

yarimo:
That means majority of Nigerians voters in reality are corrupt

yes. Politicians didn't fall from the sky. The masses are even more corrupt than the politicians. It's just that they don't have the opportunity

It seems after using an odu for like 3 months the network gets better...on My previous one , I was getting high speed but this my new odu the network was fair. Getting like 13 to 19 Mbps most times .. after this current sub finished I will go back to my previous odu

there's no theory that I haven't heard as regards this Airtel ODU

No one came shortly after it happened. Rescue efforts took over twelve hours. Saw a video this morning of people explaining what happened with zero rescue team on sight

Tover:
Since wen hv u been using the odu

for more than six months

topsy23:

Received this today. Wonder if it’s permanent or just for a month.

“Supercharge Your FibreX Experience!
Upgrade to the 100Mbps plan for just ₦45,000 and enjoy a speed boost to 200Mbps at absolutely no extra cost! Stream, game, work, and download at blazing-fast speeds.”

this is just a way for them to increase revenue. You pay extra 15k to do exactly what you have been doing on the internet. You get better speed but you can't increase your usage because there's nothing else to do.

So yes, the deal is here to stay in my opinion. The extra revenue is needed

Unfaized:
Mind you he said it's normal subscription not the unlimited. @michlins can you show us how the mtn ODU is performing right now?

I no longer use it. First one wasn't activated on the ODU service class and the second one is in bootloop

Burgerstv23:
From your two screenshots, MTN is better. The latencies are better than airtel and airtel is just rubbish.

that's because Airtel sent me a message that they will be working on the network between 12am and 4am

My network this morning

Tover:
I think it’s the rain that’s causing the poor network. My network has been bad for about a week now. Upgrading of phones or downloading large files (30GB and above) has been a real problem. Even MTN users are complaining. I just pray they get it fixed next week.

I don't think so. Airtel saw MTN ODU as a competition and they aggressively improved their own network in other to retain their existing customers.

I had already given up on airtel until MTN pushed me back to them. It's almost a week into my current subscription and I haven't had any reason to call them or complain. If I don't like my speed, I reboot and everything goes back to normal

I have attached images of my Airtel ODU 25k subscription speed and that of MTN normal subscription without speed cap.

It's almost midnight and you can see the difference. Tell me why I should leave Airtel for MTN

Unfaized:
I've reached out to mtn multiple times and they can't seem to be able to resolve this issue. I even took my ODU higher up I only managed around 1Mbps. If it was Airtel once you submit your location info, expect improvement in latest 48hrs.

MTN will send you a text saying ticket resolved meanwhile nothing has been done 🤦🏾‍♂️. Maybe this thing only works best where 5G is available. Because why will Mobile data on phone working well while ODU antenna isn't.

Airtel still doing 50Mbps consistently in my location for about a week now.

they called me this afternoon that they have worked on my network that it's now perfectly ok meanwhile, I couldn't even hear what he was saying and he couldn't hear me.

I told him to be the judge of the quality of the service around here.

Airtel is constantly giving me 35-40mbps and 50mbps around 9pm and above

Rokynwastar:
My Airtel Subscription expires today and I'm just confused if I should resubscribe.

The initial intent is to get the MTN ODU but with the reviews I've been seeing from some users, I come dey skeptical.

Airtel with their weekly downtime self no dey help matters.

if you have great MTN network,go for it but ensure that the activation bonus activated at the point of purchase

Personally, MTN no favor me so I am back to Airtel. Not so sure if I will be leaving. If my current subscription expires, I will probably do the six months plan and forget about it

agohmamuda:
Thanks for this knowledge. Pls, hoe about the second part of 4g and 5g displaying at the same time? Any idea or implications??

more battery consumption but it's negligible though
