You people lack introspection.

All over the world, all over the other regions in Nigeria, children leave home to school like it's nothing. In fact, if you see a child playing around on Monday, you are forced to ask why he or she is not in school. It's like a taboo.

It's the other way around in your region.

You see children going to school on Monday, and you are forced to ask if they have parents or guardians or if they have death wishes. Why is this?

You have a governor who is saying enough of that nonsense. He's stamping his foot on the ground to correct this abomination but you are all here hiding behind your keyboards in the safety of Lagos to call him a mad professor. It's well.

This is an issue Obi should add his voice to and tell his people to listen to reason. But he won't because it's not happening in Lagos or other regions in Nigeria. Again, it's well.

You want to build Nigeria, you say you will prioritize education, you say you will move Nigeria from consumption to production, you cry about out of school children, you lament every market day that poverty is ravaging lives of Nigerians; however, in your region, your people don't go to work on Monday, government offices are closed, banks are closed, children are out of school, people die just for going outside, there's zero economic activities on the most important business day in the he world. The governors failed and failed woefully. They had the opportunity to curb this nonsense but chose to look the other way round. You remember that school administrator who opened his gates for school children to come write waec? He was killed and the governor did nothing.

If he had done something early on in his administration to curb this madness (I don't fully blame him though because he inherited a situation where over all the local government in Anambra South have been run over with the exception of a few)

This has nothing to do with IPOB but it's the fruit of maladministration that has plagued Nigeria and especially South East. You frustrated the hope of the citizens so much that that follow mad people and psedo-government that means evil for them.

It wouldn't take much from the governors of South East to rally up and decide to bring an end to this nonsense. South East landmass is too small that it will be difficult to fish them out and finish them but they will decide to push blames around. Listen to Soludo and hear him blame opposition politicians for sponsoring this menace when Anambra people overwhelmingly voted for him to lead them

About Obi, I see no reason you're trying to drag him into this thing. He had insecurity issues during his time (kidnappers) and he fixed the issue. It will cost Soludo nothing to convene former governors publicly or secretly and seek for solutions but he chose to surround himself with career politicians who will push enemity and division.

Should Obi provide unsolicited solution, Soludo in his braggadocios attitude will rubbish it and accuse him of trying to control his government. He had already come out in public to tell Obi that all his economic development are rubbish which Obi responded to him to do better than him a trader since he's a professor. When Buhari shoved Tinubu aside,did you see Tinubu force his own economic solutions for Buhari or did he get quite until the policies (cashless policy) were about to ruin his presidential ambition.

If Soludo wants to put an end to this menace, he knows what to do but he wants to use the masses as a canon fodder because he believes that there's no way IPOB terrorists will defeat a whole people who are determined to get out. Unfortunately no one wants to die for Anambra State not even Soludo himself.

While he's forcing the traders to open,has he forced banks to also open? How about going to those areas like ihiala, orsumoghu and co fish these bastards out and when such thing happens, people will naturally overcome the fear and holiday mentality and show up for business and work.

People move around just around noon here because they're waiting for the first person who will come up and brave it. Forcing them to open shop wouldn't force customers to show up. I don't think you can come to any part of the South East on Monday.
