BlessedFellow: @tinahrex: they are ordinary formal letters, you and your parents/guardians can write them or you could visit any business centre around the uni. Business centres have templates though I am not often impressed with their content. I would advise you proof-read it properly if you choose to use their template.

Last clearance, I know a number of students who were bounced back at the clearance desk because they didn't write the title of their courses/names correctly which is a big shame!
