Bros i have answered you na but are you honestly telling the truth that you read 89 pages and didn't come across any where it was written that German schools are tuition free?
I really doubt that but yes, I can say that over 90% of all the BSC, masters and PhD programmes in German universities are tuition free, save for some MBA courses and some other selected few. However, you will be required to open a blocked account with Deutsche Bank with about €8000 or get a sponsorship letter from a German resident whether family member, friend or enemy as long as they are willing to stand for you.
Just try reading from page 350-present because it will really help for your own good because there are some things you may not have conceived to ask that others would have asked and answers given.
Google is your friend, don't forget.
You could phrase your search like this "are German schools tuition free nairaland German visa". Then if you don't find it, you can then ask.

Sorry I don't really know much about Norway I answered the certification tin based of my experience with other countries. Boh I guess if you have no reference in d not so good result, u can just giv it a trial (because some schools don't acknowledge transcript request of a student with reference..

Incase of no reference, then I will advice u to just go ahead and apply (risk it with d not so good result) nd leave d school to decide ur faith with them.

NB: NL is not the school admission board so don't expect to get admission assurance here..

Except in situations where the admission is so restricted and competition is very fierce, your result should be good enough.
On German scale, it is 2.2 and mist masters will want 2.5 or better (which means less)
Note: in Germany the lower the better e.g highest score in Germany is 1.0 while its 5.0 in Nigeria.

You can apply for more studies or apply for work. Pretty straight forward, but you need to stay in the country for a set amount of years to obtain permanent residence if that is what you seek.

Senior School Certificate + 1 year university education or West African Examinations Council School Certificate GCE O-level + 1 year university education or West African Examinations Council Higher School Certificate GCE A-level with 3 A-levels

Go to your school and get it stamped.
