Closed the last trade E/C sell at 54 pips....
Reason... market is ranging and cad/jpy has reversed from its uptrend to downtrend at d moment... They r negatively correlated.. quite strong.

When my system (1hr) gives me a signal to go long or short around a resistance or support region.. i try going 2 a higher timeframe (4hours) to see if the area is valid.. Then i try to look far back some weeks to see how many times the region held.. Let's just say i try checking if it's a minor or a major. if it's major, i wait till the current candle or next candle breaks it and close above or below... If by then, the region has been broken... I check my system to see if all my criteria are still met, then i subtract the range value ( current Day's high - low ) from daily ATR period X to gauge how far the market has moved, the value i get is then factored into my position sizing and TP. ( A bit complicated.. just a bit )

It's really wonderful when u get the hang of it..

And it also helped when i open a chart and see a strong trend with no obvious pullback.. i just use the calculation and enter the market if there's no region of support or resistance at sight...

Harder is taking a trade at a support or resistance area when ur mechanical system say so... .

Being doing quite well recently...
Due to some reason, can't trade oil for now... i trade cad /jpy and eur /cad in replacement of oil and it's been working magic...
Lot of pips made from those pairs.

@ natruetalk and naijababe.... psychologically, u guys have helped me a lot.. Think av reached a state where flowing with the market seems seamless.. No hard feelings.. no emotions..

Being studying at my end and it ain't easy. Scoring low marks ain't helping too.. .. Am really rusted, had to spend an average of 50mins on English.. and i haven't set aside time to cross check.
Na despair i dey feel now.
Just wanna b tru with dx stuff called jamb.

I advise u all start with theoretical questions followed by questions that involves calculation.. Trust me..
BTW, Use of English is just too devious.. Need a calm mind which i don't v 4 now to read between the lines.

From what you said, is it OK by you to say u r simply using a martingale system following your use of trade volume?

Aim: To get admitted into Unilorin
Material: Studying books, Brain, Biro, calculator, a bit of Nairaland.
Theory: Information &Communication Science is the key to.............

Data:
Jamb score: X ( where 300 < X < 400 )
Pume score: 90%

Calculation: Don't know how unilorin calculates their aggregate and d tin dey pain me o... Don't know if dem dey use o level result or not..

Results: Still Waiting..

Precautions: I ensure i study for atleast 4 hours daily to avoid error due to cramming or forgetting.
I ensure i only study using jamb style to avoid reading unnecessary things that won't help

Conclusion: I must enter unilorin next year by fire or force...

OK...Finally registered for my jamb at my former school....Yabatech... Hurray......
Same course, same university....

P.S.. By the way, studying just ain't on my mind.. Maybe next week things... Through with all my jamb combination textbooks sha.. On to Past questions things...
