Excel can be frustrating when working with csv files.. So, I opted for LibreOffice whenever I'm working with csv files.

Collected the leads and did some outbound this morning. A lead asked if the price was a one-time purchase fee or an annual fee and I told him it was a one-time purchase fee.

This evening, I sent him a followup message since he kept viewing my email every now and then.

He made an offer of $300 on DAN and I countered him with $400 but e no gree.

He countered again with $300 and I did with $350, sending him a message that I would let the domain go for $350.

He replied that he will purchase it immediately for $300 and as I wan break this sales drought jinx. I just say make I collect am like that sha.

I just tell am say since e be my namesake, I go let the domain go for $300 and he paid after some minutes.

There are many ways to look at this.

1. His reply might just be a subtle way of telling you to fvck off with your domain

2. He might be ignorant of the value of the domain or don't know how to use it. Based on his reply, he might be thinking along the line that he had o replace his domain, which is generic and has a broad reach for a domain name that is very limited.

3. He might be interested but looking for a way to reduce the price

Solutions to:

1 >>> Find new leads to pitch to.

2 >>> Let him know he doesn't have to change his domain name to that of yours. All he just has to do is setup the domain name to redirect to his main website (if it generates any significant traffic) or build a website on your domain name and have it redirected to his main website (bannerindustries/king) to fetch targeted traffic. You can also tell him it's a good promotional name for marketing campaigns and improving click through rates.

The problem, however, is if the sales from their Dallas region is quite low compared to other regions, he might not be convinced of the potential, thinking it's just a bad investment with a negative or insignificant ROI.

3. Just send him a discount offer

Try to find which one is the problem and find a way to keep the communication open....

Manually o... ikhlayfah strategy for collecting mails and mine are the same. And I like it because I get to copy the name of the owner too, which helps in personalizing my mails a little. So instead of Hello or just Hi, I use Hi Sade, Hi Tunji, and etc.

Though, some times I do ojukokoro and play with suggested name made by Snov.io if FB and the site are stingy with their email address.

For example, if Snov.io shows me indomie@noodles[dot]com but isn't sure of it, I will copy the email address and search for it on google to confirm if it is correct or get a valid username from it. Sometimes, I do c d end user contacts on PDF, spreadsheet or on a member's list posted online.

To your question, I have two emails I use and both are old so I figure they have higher sending limits. Encountered the Streak/Gmass restrictions few days ago when I wanted to send 70 + emails. I split it between my two mails. Another option is to send 50 with Streak and 50 with Gmass on each email. Repeat for a second email.

When I send individually, I get less bounced messages, faster delivery and I can immediately stop outbounding once I noticed I've reached my sending limit.

I send more than a thousand emails per week.

About 150-300 emails per day (for 2 to 3 domains), which is why sending manually dey hard for me.

I noticed sending mails individually drastically improves delivery rate but it takes a lot of time, which I don't have.

I tried sending about 150 mails individually (for a domain) and I spent close to 2 hours or there about. Local man just can't. (Respect to iKhalyfah in this aspect, u r d boss)

The suggestions/solutions I've gotten so far (based on my limitations) are:

Solution 1: Open lots of gmail accounts in order to be able to use the free version of Streak, which has a mail-merge limit of 50 emails per day.

Problem:
Won't it look unprofessional to have plenty of email accounts like abc23,abc24,abc25,abc26, and so on when outbounding? Moreover, I would have to break down each list into smaller batches of 50 to enable me send.


Solution 2: Register for a Pro Gmass account and try to use an old gmail account that would enable me to send close to 500 messages per day.

Problem:
I only have one email old enough that I can spare for outbounding. However, the email doesn't look professional. The current email accounts I use have low sending limits (about 150 messages per day), which isn't enough. And using two or more gmail accounts means paying for more gmass subscription.


Solution 3: Use custom email addresses and get a paid email tracking feature with it.

Problem:
Custom emails and gmail spam folder are 5 & 6. Moreover, Namecheap now have a limit of 50 messages per hour. Abi, what's the essence of sending a lot of emails if most of them would end up in your recipients spam boxes?


Any idea on how to improve email deliverability and reduce the time spent on outreach? Or do I accept fate and be sending my mail one by one

Since Streak has limited their free plans to 50 mails, irrespective of your account sending limit, you won't be able to send more than 50 mails with them.

Snov.io allows you to track your emails but no mail-merge feature.

Based on the newness of your account, gmail can limit the number of mails you can send in a day. Accs older than a year can send 400max messages in a day in my experience. Just keep creating the new accounts and keep using streak. its free...... NO NEED FOR GMASS.

I've had no limit placed on how many mails I can send using their mail merge feature apart from the sending limit imposed on my gmail account.

I replied an hour later about how he could go about it.

He viewed it but didn't reply and made no purchase.

Sent him a follow-up email a few hours to 12 am (American Time) asking him to make his purchase before the offer expires.

Yet, the P.B kept viewing it but no replies.

I even tried to use Epik escrow service thinking he was unable to pay via DAN... Yet, nothing.

Sent him a last offer tonight and I've decided not to contact him any longer if he continues to be playing mind game or whatever it is he is doing (I've removed his email from my list sef).

I should have played it cool and wait things out IMO but having seen some P.B grow cold feet after a while of showing interest, I thought mounting on the pressure could work in my favor since it has in the past.

I got it while trying to send bulk emails (58) using Streak's mail merge feature. I started receiving failure delivery notifications as soon as the mails start sending.

Initially, I got "message blocked" for no reason at all - for like the first nine emails. Then comes the "You have reached a limit for sending mail. Your message was not sent" message.

I don't understand this because I rarely send up to 100 emails per day - learnt the daily quota is 500. I sent 70 yesterday and none today before trying to do the mail merge.

Although the daily quota is 500, your account is yet to reach that level.

Based on your info, it means at the moment, you can only send about 40 messages or there about.

You should also take note of the time you do your outbound.

Let's say you have a daily sending limit of 40 messages and you outbound to 35 leads around 12 pm today.

You can only send 5 more messages until 12 pm the next day or you will get the error message that you've exceeded the daily limit.

In some cases, you would get a message from Google that your account has been blocked .

Not to worry though as your sending limit will keep increasing with time, as far as your sending reputation is okay, until it reaches the max sending limit (500).

Does this Gmail blocking have to do with high bounce rates? i noticed the blocked account has about 47 bounced mails over a 2month period.

Check your email content for spam words as some servers are configured not to allow email messages with certain keywords in. They would just block it for you.

It might also be that the email address is no longer in use. Sometimes, business owners deletes their old email accounts and use new ones. Na dem sabi d reason for this.. Might be because of spam or something else. Anyways, I've experienced this very well...

A new account sending limit is usually restricted to about 25 - 40 messages at first until the account starts to build trust. As time goes on, if your account has a good sending reputation, they would keep increasing the limit until it reaches a max. of 500.

Currently, some of my accounts can send up to 100 messages while others can only send about 50+ messages. If I send pass that one, the account would be blocked cos I have exceeded the sending limit.
