Still working especially if you're a newbie or just looking for that FAST sale. Simply reduce the price and contact all those you've contacted before whether they showed interest or not.

Use the below;

Good morning. I have decided to sell this domain TorontoBlackcarService.com for $$$. I know you're interested but may not be OK with the former price. For the next 72 hours, you can get it for just $$$. If interested, visit www.TorontoBlackcarService.com

.... And if you're not interested, let me know so as to contact other organizations /companies.

Techlevels Resources.

www.TorontoBlackcarService.com

Thanks a lot sir.

Any suggested subject line to use with it? I'm thinking my subject lines are not that effective.

From what I've read so far online, transfer is pretty much possible as far as it is within the renewal grace period. Will update soonest. Thanks a lot to everyone

Quickly request for the authcode for transfer of the name and try to conclude with the buyer and let him or her know that the domain is expiring tomorrow. So that he can arrange on how to transfer the name with your authcode.

You can still transfer domains within expiration period
Follow the link to see domain names life span
https://www.icann.org/sites/default/files/unmanaged/en/registrars/gtld-lifecycle-700x286.jpg

But however, the best for you is to renew the domain and have time for better negotiation with the interested buyer.
Good luck

The buyer na Akagum. But unto say I just need to make a sale to boost morale and local man is in need of cash. Reason why I'm accepting his late offer.

I've requested for the Auth. Code though. Thanks a lot

Josmila:

If you got an offer pending, what's stopping you from accepting it then?

Between the time a domain expires and when you lose possession, there's a grace deletion period I think, so technically you can still sell it.

I stand to be corrected.

Buyer is slow in making decision. He just messaged me today that he will be getting it for so so price and told me he was traveling for the day and would make the purchase tomorrow.

Unfortunately, the cost of renewal is pretty high on NS. - $35.99.

I was also told by NS customer service that the grace period attract a fee of $35.99.. Which means, I still have to part away with $35.99, which I can't.

I've requested for the Auth. Code though, which will be sent to my in email within the next 3 days. Since I can't wait, I plan on calling them for immediate release.

Good evening bosses.

I need your advice on this.

Got a domain that will be expiring shortly (tomorrow) and got an interested buyer for it.

The issue is I don't plan on renewing it since the cost of renewal is high. (@Network Solution) and the selling price is pretty low.

What's the best way to go about this?.

Thanks.

BTW, congratulations to the latest sellers.

I experienced such sometime a go, I discovered:
Either your subject line has been flagged or you have sent same write up severally with some keywords being flagged.
What I did;
I change my subject line and do a way with the the word "sell" or "sale", if possible don't include the price of the domain.

Thanks a lot for this.

I appreciate the responses too. Will make some modifications and see what happens.

Good morning everyone.

Noticed something strange lately. My emails started getting into Google Spam. It goes directly inside the inbox of Yahoo, Outlook, and others but Google.

Just straight into the spambox.

I rarely use this custom email (email from a domain name) at all.

Do you suggest I revert back to using the free Gmail account? Or what could be the reason.

I've fixed my DKIM, SPF and DMARC records
Yet, no show.

For those using a custom mail, your input would be appreciated. Thanks.

What's d meaning of all this na?

Until una pursue every reasonable pro wey fit help person life because of una ego/mentality or what exactly sef?

What thing I've noticed on this thread is we love to jump to conclusion without having all d facts with us. It's something we blacks r fond of.

You will just read a few pages without understanding the intent and what led to something and everybody will start talking..

Is it d likes that z motivating u ppl ni or what? Always drama. Thing z rily pissing me off.

It's like it is in our blood to always mess things up or look for a way to stir up a fight.

Can't we just live n let live?

Too much entitlement, laziness, ITK, I must talk my own, Na me me, pride n what have u.

D way we behave sometimes sha.

Always too sentimental and turning everything to politics when logical reasoning would have been a better choice.

No be una fault, had it bin Oga Iyke slapped a $1000 fee on top training like some gurus way no even Sabi anything Dey do.. U won't v d time to be looking for a fight.

US way we no get money for training, una no go allow us enjoy d free training in peace. Hian!

Instead of us to be working tirelessly to make money, learning tips n helping each oda grow up.. Na to dey fight, dey do pride, jealousy jealousy..

Abeg.. To d ogas, no be all of us b bad eggs.

There r some of us who r genuinely hustling to make end means and looking for d day we would also share our sales report to encourage others n lift them up.

Don't allow some ppl to stop u from doing good.

Now.. That I think of this.. I think our problem is being selfish.. We r too selfish.. It's us, us and us.

Always fighting like kids.. Throwing tantrums upandan.

Just too selfish n proud.

I don't know how we can go about this but I think they need to be a sort of action that deters people from scamming ppl again.

Just uploading their details won't be enough..

Although, it can save us from becoming the next victim but I think something more proactive or a sort of deadly judgement should be met out...

Like finding those idiott and killing them or maiming them for life. Cos reporting them to the authorities sef no gree work again. Most of them v connections with d authority n can simply bail themselves out of any problem.

Only for them to continue the act. They have nothing to lose.

Dunno, if we can set up a sort of paid membership that has an investigative team.

Exchangers would be vetted before been allowed to transact. And members of the community would pay a token fee...

Perks of the membership would be an investigative team that cracks down on these stuppid ppl...

Tin z just annoying me.

How do ppl wake up one day and decides to hurt people intentionally without remorse.

Until we find a way to take the battle to these ppl or create a robust escrow service.. This menace will continue to wax stronger.

The level of insensitivity in this Nigeria. I sometimes do think we are doomed.

Women r dying and what your warped sense could think of or come up with is they deserve to be killed. Because according to una deranged brain, they r prostitutes. And prostitutes deserve to be killed abi.

Talk of being sentimental n judgemental.

I would have kept shut but sometimes dz idioticc mentality most of us have, thinking we are smart and better than others would be our doom one day..

By una logic, everybody, including you, deserves to die then because if u dig deep enof, there's a bigger chance u wud be just as guilty as d "prostitutes" u hate so much.

A lot of mad animals in human clothing. Just because u sin differently doesn't give u d audacity to utter words senselessly or type rubbish.

While I don't support prostition and would never be a prospect to such market, it doesn't give me the right to kill someone involved in it.

How people's lives have now turned to commodity baffles me...

It's not as if they force u to come n buy market na..

U all need Jesus.. Plus u need to stop whsatever it is that you're drinking, smoking, watching or reading that's feeding u negative energy.

Stuppiid set of ppl. Awon alaye baje.
