Do you have a default asking price for your domains or are they based on the perceived value of the domain and/or the industry using the domain?

When I see domain selling for high Bleep, I'm always like wow, wow, wow...

Fear dey always catch me to call high price as I'm scared of pushing them away with a high sales price.

For example, in ur sales report, you sold a domain for $100 and another for $500.

Was this as a result of negotiation or the buyer buying it at BIN prices?

If you were to follow up on a domain for 10 times before it got sold, how do you go about it?

After the first email telling your prospects that you have a domain for sale, what's the 2nd, 3rd... to the last going to be like? Do you wait for some months and restart the process again? Or do you keep sending them a follow up email?

For example,

1st email - first communication with buyer
2nd email - follow up with buyer
3rd email - follow up with buyer
4th email - follow up with buyer (price reduction)
5th email - follow up with buyer (price reduction)
6th email -
7th email -
8th email -
9th email -
10th email -

Also, do you keep reducing the price or do you stick to reducing the price just once and keep outbounding with that?

I need a budget-friendly inverter setup for charging my laptop, mifi and phones.

I would need to power my laptop for about 18 hours daily.

And since my laptop lasts for about 3 hours, I would need an inverter that can last for 6 hours or there about.

Total Load: 75-90W (Laptop consumes 65W)

I was thinking of getting a 65 ah battery (720 W). Since it's recommended not to drain the battery below 50%. I would be able to get about 350W from the battery from a full charge (dunno, if I'm correct).

So, I'm currently looking for where to get a top-quality 65 ah battery and other devices I'd need to set it up.

I'm currently in Oyo. Although, I can be in Lagos if need be, I'd prefer to get everything I need close to where I am or if it can be way billed to my side.

- Long text. Try to shorten it.

Another advice I'd give you is to use Grammarly to check your grammar to ensure it's free from grammatical error since you don't know who will be reading it. And wouldn't want to make a bad impression.


D koko though is the quality of your domain name and how patient you are.

A good name is easier to sell.. Sometimes, even with a terrible sales copy.

As per say we don almost reach the end of the month, now is a good time to outbound on those names that have been gathering dust.

Reduce price and outbound.

Been doing this for a while and it seems to work.

Rather than just tell a client that you reduced the price because they can't afford it (work pretty well though), let them know you're giving out an end-of-the-month promo or discount.

Everybody loves a promo and it allows your potential buyer to think he's getting a good deal because of the promo.

This method also allows you as a seller to sell cheap or choose any price you want without "cheapening" the value of your domain... Especially when you want to revert the price back to its former price for any reason.


Same applies to the beginning of the month. ..
