Your budget should be around 300k unless going for a msw inverter

Ur charge controller should have an indicator to show when a battery is fully charged

Ok boss. Thanks a lot.

For now, the charging is going to done via solar panels. However, I'm thinking of adding a 30A charger to it (in cases of low sunlight). Any advice on a good n reliable one?

Price 135k for the hgl series, things hard , its not easy to cough out that huge amount, both are OK but u may go for the fat 175ah, if they have fat 200ah u can go for it, it depends on ur load and ur pocket, note: hgl series are good too

Thank you boss.

Do you have any idea about the price of the fat 175ah as I was told they don't have the fat version for 200ah. I was only given the price of the fat 160ah which is 110K.

ceejay80s:
The fat 160 weigh 48kg
While hgl 200 weight is 57kg
Fat 175 weight is 57kg
So it means the slim ones are heavier, if fat 175 weight is 57kg and the hgl 200 weight is 57kg......the price of scrap fat 175 and hgl 200 should be same, some of the buyers might want to cheat u to make u believe the slim has no weight cos it looks small

Good afternoon Boss,

What would you advise between the full river fat series and the hgl series ?

I intend on getting a 200ah full river from Ojodu. I've called one of their numbers and I was told the price was #138,000.

My issue now is how to get it down to IB and who can help me set things up with regards to purchasing a budget friendly solar panel, 30A charger and 1KVa inverter.

My total budget is #200K.. Plan on using #138K for getting the battery, so the rest would be used for getting other materials.

Do you have anyone that you can recommend on this forum as I've been hearing a lot of stories that touches.

Thank you.

Between the luminous, full river and ritar batteries, which one do you recommend? In terms of the highest DoD, which battery ranks higher?

And how much is for 200AH?

This place had been destroyed with adverts.Take d advice from d solar thread cooly.

No 100amp battery will give u 10hrs at 50% DOD. SEE ENH:
New Battery of 100amp contains roughly:
12v × 100amp = 1200w

Your load is 160w

1200÷160= 7.5hours at 100% DOD i.e till d battery dies.

At 50% DOD we have 3.75hours

So get 200amp × 2 = 400amp

400amp × 12= 4800w

At 50% DOD we have 2400w

2400w ÷ 160= 15hrs

Thanks boss.

I think the next thing is a strong, budget-friendly battery.

Any suggestion on the type of battery to go for?

I have someone here who promised to sell a new gel 100ah battery to me for 36K. So getting two would be equal to 72K.

Is it better than getting a 220ah quanta amaron for example or the tubular battery pitched to me here.

I just don't want to make the wrong investment decision because I'm trying to save a few money.

Although I'm trying to save cost, I don't want to be penny wise, pound foolish.

Thank you so much boss for your reply, I would be expecting your response.

Good Evening Bosses in d house

I need an inverter setup that can power a laptop (70W), a 40-inch led TV (85W), A standing fan (70W (optional)), 2 bulbs and phones.

I would need the setup to be able to power the important gadgets above (approx. 160W) for 5 hours+ without sunlight.

How much would a budget friendly inverter cost? Budget around 150K - 200K.

...........................................................................................
Also, between getting two 100ah gel batteries or a single VLRA SMF battery (100ah), which one is better in terms of management if one is to power such setup above. Thank you

Would appreciate your replies. Thank you.

The name is AlabamaBridalWeddings//king

The end-user is yourDreamBeachwedding//king

I was curious to know what company's names would pop up and the reason for the end user response.

So far, I can only see that some of the companies offering similar services used the keyword(s): "Alabama" and/or "Weddings" in their domain name

However, it doesn't really matter..

I was in a similar situation a while back and this was my response to the guy (check second attached pix)

Although he later told me he has a lot on his plate right now and would get back to me..

......

So in your case, something along this line: (PLEASE ADAPT IT TO YOUR SALES LETTER as I don't know the content of the initial sales letter)

Hello Name, We appreciate you getting in touch with us and voicing out your concern.

Although this name might look similar to others, it is quite different because of its unique structure and arrangement, which makes it highly optimized for SEO.

Moreover, this name was coined from a popular search term used by people searching for your service online. As a result, this domain name is more catchy and Google tends to give it more weight when it comes to ranking, all other things equal. You also get to enjoy more exposure as your business would appear more often whenever someone searches for your services using this search phrase or a variation of it.

If you were to be the owner of this domain name, then anyone who type in this domain name would be redirected to your website. You could also develop this domain into a basic website and include your contact details (with other essential information) on it to capture more potential customers.

If there's anything you need my help with, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Here's the link to get the domain before someone else beats you to it: LINK

Any message you are sending to Dan copy @Simon.

Any message to epik copy @Rob...

They will answer you faster.

Yeah.. Thanks a lot.. I do this when things seem to be taking a lot of time... grin

I even got to know that bombarding them with messages will make them reply you late as your new message would take you back to the last position in the queue, according to what Simon or Laszlo told me.. Can't remember who sha..

So what I do is use both the Transaction Box and Message Box to send them messages. grin

And please ensure when you're copying Simon, try to be intuitive and detailed enough in your request, providing him with everything he could possibly need so he could just speed things up without having to go back and forth...

Hello Fam, after submitting all required doc to Dan//king Escow, since yesterday to activate my BTC transfer they are yet to respond. I mail them today to know why.
They said they have backlog of work to attend to.

Now, I'm considering using my Iceland business PayPal for the withdrawal. I have never use it for any transaction B4 and it was opened around March last year.

I want to know if this will not cause any trouble or embago on my shikini first sale.

Pls advise on this. Thanks in advance

Chill a little for them to verify ur details.. Las Las, if it's not accepted, you can try the Wire transfer route...

Even if u use PayPal, you still have to wait till it's your turn if they've got a lot of work to attend to.

I use BTC as my payment option and sometimes it takes them hours or even days for them to reason my matter.

Since you can't determine the current state of your Iceland PP.. I would advise against using it for now to avoid stories that touches.

Except u can test it with a little change to see if the coast is clear.

As far as u don hand over the domain to DAN.. Ur money dey ur DAN akant... Na u get am.. U go still collect am.. Just wait a bit.

I think most people have kept quiet on your post because of your budget, which is sad because the aim of this thread originally was to show great things could still be achieved even within a small budget.

Anyway my advice will be on what I know. I currently run my laptop from about 8am to 7pm everyday, usually with NEPA only coming in the evening. I have 2 seconddhand 200A gel batteries (3 months old now) , and funnily I run them on a 12v system one week at a time (meaning I alternate, I have chosen not to parallel them yet as I have been testing their capacity). My single battery load with the laptop and energy efficient lights I run never gets below a healthy 12.3 volts with the said load for that duration.

Simply put, I think you should get a 200Ah battery because of oversizing. Now since I discovered this thread almost 5 years ago I have used 4 batteries in total (all 2nd hand). A great Ritar 150Ah telecom battery which I bought by following Ceejays initial manifesto word for word (30k @ that time). That lasted me till early this year before it started dying off. 2 years into using that battery I got another great deal for a used Fullriver 200Ah battery. It did not last for up to 2 weeks before I realised it was pointless. However I lost almost no money on it because of the price I bought it for(18k) and i disposed of it after 6 months . Then earlier this year another good deal for these 2 batteries came up and I jumped on it, afraid (50% success at that time), but knowing I had little choice as my faithful Ritar was dying fast. These 2 200AH gel have been excellent and yes they are Ritar Batteries again but different chemistry from the earlier telecom Ritar.

The moral of my story is in 5 years I have had a 75% success rate with used batteries and in total not spent up to N140k which is the price for a single top of the line Ritar or Fullriver. So I have achieved 550AH easily below my budget.

Your challenge is the battery. Once you get a good battery everything else is an appendage. Don't be scared of your budget, look for deals.... your best bet are decommissioned battery banks for telecoms, hotels or banks. Trusted 2nd hand battery sellers are now rare but still an option. If you consider a new battery it will clear your 80k budget and honestly from my experience it isn't guaranteed that you wont experience battery failure.

That's my 2 cents.

Ooo and before I forget, I have a power hungry Dell laptop that takes 65 -70w... but thats only when charging. Test your laptop again and you will see that when the battery is full the laptop takes only half the power to run, mine takes 25w on power saving. So your consumption on an inverter is even less than you think.

God bless you sire for this.

You're correct about people not talking because of the budget. It took me a while to understand why people were ignoring the post after talking directly with some contractors offline.

I've actually increased my budget and plan on getting the setup soon. Thanks a lot for the advice. Will also look into the 2nd hand battery stuff.

I really appreciate it. At least you took your time to explain things... God bless you sir.

I will advise that you go the dc-dc route, get a dc-dc converter for your laptop, the get a 12v car charger to charge your mifi and phones thereby eliminating the need for an inverter

Thank you so much for the reply.

Please can you explain this further?

The advantage of going with the dc-dc route?

What's the cost like?

Good Morning bosses in the house. Abeg, I need your help. #Desperate

I need a budget-friendly inverter setup for charging my laptop, mifi and phones.

I would need to power my laptop for about 18 hours daily.

And since my laptop lasts for about 3 hours, I would need an inverter that can last for 6 hours or there about.

Total Load: 75-90W (Laptop consumes 65W)

I was thinking of getting a 65 ah battery (720 W). Since it's recommended not to drain the battery below 50%. I would be able to get about 350W from the battery from a full charge (dunno, if I'm correct).

So, I'm currently looking for where to get a top-quality 65 ah battery and other devices I'd need to set it up.

I'm currently in Oyo. Although, I can be in Lagos if need be, I'd prefer to get everything I need close to where I am or if it can be way billed to my side.

65ah battery
150W solar panel
30A MPPT charger
300 / 500W Solar inverter
Cables and other stuff.

BUDGET: 65k - 80k

What do you think? Am I right on track? or do I need to make a few adjustments?

Also, how much can I get these devices? Thanks

P.S: EMPHASIS ON BUDGET-FRIENDLY.

Well I think depending on the quality of the domain, the population of the city for geos, the competition, the buyers quick response and the overall patience in the business. Some sell faster just to keep the flow going.

... Then if you have received concurrent mails from a trial products or a subscription from a website trying to sell something to u, you will agree that they have many tactics as a follow up to convince you especially when they see you keep on opening the mails but not decided and price still slightly same. That's just being a business man to convince the buyer. You can be creative in your follow up too.

I don't have a default price I list my names.. There are names my initial asking price is $750 and there are others I list for $350 or $400. It just depends on the name.

Like someone here says, if u list a name for low $Bleep, u can't expect a mid or high $Bleep sale.

The $100 sale was listed for $350, buyer made an initial offer of $100, after a couple of back and forth he wasn't interested in upping his offer so I accepted the $100.

The $550 sale, the name was listed for $750 and we settled for $550.

The $450 sale was listed for $550. I got a $250 offer and $450 offer while I was still out bounding. I accepted the $450 offer and he paid up immediately..

The $425 sale was the BIN sale.

I'm relatively new in this biz (still less than a year old) so I've never had to outbound up to 10 times for a name b4.

My first mail, I normally don't include price. I follow up with price 2 to 3 days after my first mail. My next follow up is 2 to 3 weeks after that (with reduced price). If nothing still, I wait till the name is over 60 days old then I follow up with reduced price and also add that he/she can get the name from Godaddy's marketplace also.
I use the traditional iykepromotions follow up letter when following up.

God bless you brother. Thanks a lot.. I really appreciate the detailed response.
